As part of its accelerated digital transformation agenda, CONINCO is actively advancing the development of an integrated enterprise governance system powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data. In this context, on the afternoon of June 8, 2026, CONINCO’s Digital Transformation Steering Committee, led by Chairman of the Board Dr. Ha Minh, conducted a strategic working session with the VNU University of Engineering and Technology (UET) to further refine the roadmap toward a comprehensive digital governance ecosystem.
Attending the working session on behalf of CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director; together with members of the Board of Management, leaders of functional divisions, and representatives of the Company’s training and scientific research centers.
Welcoming and working with the delegation on behalf of UET were Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh, President of the VNU University of Engineering and Technology, along with the University’s experts and specialists.
During the working session, leaders from both sides engaged in extensive discussions to identify effective solutions for accelerating digitalization and optimizing organizational resources. A key focus of the initiative is the transition from conventional digital transformation toward a data-driven digital governance model built upon a centralized data platform.
At the core of this vision is the establishment of a standardized enterprise data ecosystem, comprising both a Data Warehouse and a Data Lake, to support executive decision-making, enhance operational transparency, and optimize field supervision and control processes. From a user experience perspective, the system is being designed with simplicity and usability in mind, featuring intuitive dashboards that provide real-time management insights and enable leaders to access critical information quickly and efficiently.
The governance model is designed based on a hierarchical business-process structure, comprehensively digitalizing functional modules ranging from project management, contract management, and site supervision to quality management, safety management, and human resource management. The system will also integrate AI and chatbot technologies to support data extraction, summarization of lengthy documents, online information retrieval, and the establishment of automated warning thresholds for changes in human resources, cash flow, and construction progress.
The working session concluded successfully and productively. With a strong sense of commitment, leaders of both sides agreed on an action-oriented roadmap based on the “Trial and Error” approach, moving forward to the programming and database development stages. Chairman of the Board Dr. Ha Minh and President Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh emphasized that the key prerequisite for the project's success is the accuracy of data sources and the close involvement of leaders of functional departments throughout the business-process standardization process.
It is expected that, with UET’s professional support, the digital governance system will soon become a platform for CONINCO to maximize operational efficiency, enhance management transparency, and continue fostering a modern and happy working environment.
