CONINCO and Anhui Institute (China) Strengthen Strategic Cooperation in Construction Testing and Inspection

On the morning of April 9, 2026, building on the solid foundation of the cooperation agreement signed in January 2026, CONINCO held a detailed working session with a leadership delegation from the Anhui Provincial Building Engineering Testing and Research Institute Co., Ltd (China) and Shanghai Yingmai Company at CONINCO’s headquarters.

The meeting was attended by CONINCO’s senior leadership, including Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chairwoman; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; and members of the Board of Management: Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang, and Mr. Le Nguyen Giap. Also present were representatives from the Business Department, the Board Office, and the Center for Testing and Inspection.

From the Chinese side, the delegation included Mr. Xia Ridong and Mr. Tan Qj – Deputy General Directors of the Anhui Institute; Mr. Liu Haiyang – Laboratory Director; Ms. Sindy – Chairwoman of Shanghai Yingmai Company; and various technical experts.

Opening the session, Dr. Ha Minh warmly welcomed the partners and recalled positive cooperation experiences with prestigious Chinese universities. Regarding strategic vision, the Chairman reaffirmed CONINCO’s leading position in the domestic market and highly valued the advanced technological capabilities of the Anhui Institute. He emphasized that, given the target for breakthrough growth in Vietnam’s construction industry over the next five years, pioneering the application of advanced inspection standards and automation is not just an inevitable trend but the key to optimizing project implementation.

The leaders of both parties discussed future cooperation plans.

From a macro-level vision, both sides reviewed their actual capabilities and discussed coordination plans following a joint venture model. The core of this strategy is the synergy between the advanced laboratory equipment and automation systems from the Chinese partner and CONINCO’s high-quality human resources and deep local market expertise.

General Director Nguyen Dang Quang remarked: "Comprehensive cooperation in testing and inspection is a strategic move that directly addresses current infrastructure development needs, thereby creating a leap in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency for construction projects."

Responding to CONINCO’s promising proposals, Mr. Xia Ridong expressed full agreement with the coordination roadmap. The partner representative committed to transferring superior technical solutions and working alongside CONINCO to exploit opportunities in the Vietnamese market, delivering exceptional value to their network of potential clients.

The meeting concluded in an open and collaborative atmosphere, establishing a specific implementation roadmap for upcoming joint projects. The synergy between CONINCO’s extensive experience and the Anhui Institute’s technological strengths promises significant breakthroughs in inspection work.
