CONINCO welcomes and holds a working session with the Vice Minister of Public Works and Transport of Laos and LTEC Company

On the morning of August 25, 2026, at its headquarters, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) hosted a formal meeting with the Vice Minister of Public Works and Transport of Laos and leadership from LTEC. In a spirit of solidarity, Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, opened the meeting by expressing deep condolences to the delegation over the passing of the Chairman of the Lao National Assembly, thereby demonstrating the bonds of friendship and sincere shared sentiment between the two parties. 

The meeting took place in an open atmosphere and was attended by Mr. Vanthong Bouttanavong, Vice Minister of Public Works and Transport, and Mr. Phoutthaphong Pharanhok, Secretary to the Vice Minister.
Representing LTEC in the delegation were Mr. Thongdeun Khammany, Managing Director, along with two Deputy Managing Directors: Mr. Khamphone Sorphabmixay and Ms. Yeangthong Chanthaphone.
From CONINCO, the meeting was chaired by Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Also participating in welcoming the delegation were Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Deputy General Director, Manager of the BoD Assistance Office; Mr. Le Xuan Tuong, Chief Accountant; and Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau, Deputy Manager of the BoD Assistance Office.

During the meeting, leaders from both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange regarding CONINCO’s practical experience in optimizing corporate management solutions. Additionally, they also discussed the direction of technical cooperation and knowledge transfer aimed at developing key infrastructure projects in Laos in the coming period, notably the upgrading of airport systems and the expansion of road transport networks.

The working visit by Vice Minister Vanthong Bouttanavong and senior executives from LTEC not only strengthens the enduring partnership between CONINCO and Lao agencies and enterprises but also serves as a vital foundation for deeper commitments, promising to open a new chapter in the journey of collaboration and international expansion for both parties.
