CONINCO won the bid for the Supervision Consultancy for the Construction the Head Office for the Provincial Agencies Complex in Thai Nguyen Province

On June 19th, 2023, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil and Industrial Works of Thai Nguyen province and Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO signed the supervision consultancy contract for the project "Construction of the Head Office for the Provincial Agencies Complex in Thai Nguyen Province". This is one of the important projects of Thai Nguyen province to provide new, grand and modern facilities for the administrative agencies of the city; to enhance productivity, work efficiency and serve the people. Technology Transferring for Construction and Environment Center is the unit directly responsible for supervising the project.
The Head Office for the provincial agencies complex in Thai Nguyen is the Class I civil construction project, which will be built on the land plot with the area of 13,754.6 m2 located in Trung Vuong Ward, Thai Nguyen city. The building will consist of a 12-story tower, with the podium comprising a large hall, meeting areas, auxiliary areas and parking spaces. The project will be equipped with a range of modern facilities to ensure optimal working conditions for the officials and staff of the provincial agencies. These facilities will include elevator systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, transformer stations, backup generators, water supply and drainage systems, information technology infrastructure, as well as security and safety control systems. The building will also have the complete lightning protection system to protect against lightning strikes to ensure the conditions of facilities, working equipment for the provincial state management agencies.
