CONINCO – HASEKO (Japan): Expanding Cooperation Opportunities in Urban Development and Building Operations Management

As part of its ongoing international cooperation activities, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) welcomed and held a working session with a delegation from HASEKO Corporation (Japan). This marked HASEKO's fifth visit to CONINCO, further affirming the strong, trusted, and growing partnership between the two companies.

Attending the meeting on the CONINCO side were Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the BOD; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chairwoman of the BOD; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh – Manager of the Business Management Department; and Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Director of the Design Management Center (T.ĐT), Secretary to the General Director.
On the HASEKO side were Mr. Kazuo Ikegami – Executive Vice Chairman and Representative Director, in charge of Group Technology; Mr. Norio Horii – Senior Operating Officer, General Manager of the Architecture & Engineering Division; Mr. Hidefumi Hara – Operating Officer, Deputy General Manager of the Project Promotion Division, responsible for Engineering, Overseas Business Division; Mr. Akio Watanabe – Deputy Manager of the Construction Planning Department; Mr. Tadashi Nakatsuka – General Director and Chief Representative; Mr. Yasuhiro Taniguchi – Deputy Chief Representative; and Mr. Do Thanh Nhat – Department Head.

Overview of the working session

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the BOD Dr. Ha Minh affirmed that HASEKO is one of CONINCO's strategic and important partners. He highly valued HASEKO's close engagement and companionship over the years, and expressed the wish that the two sides would continue to expand cooperation across multiple fields, in line with the development trends of Vietnam's construction and real estate market.

General Director Nguyen Dang Quang also shared that the relationship between CONINCO and HASEKO is not only a partnership between two enterprises but also a friendship between close, long-standing friends. He thanked HASEKO's leadership for their continued attention and support for CONINCO. The General Director expressed his hope that, as HASEKO expands its operations in Vietnam in the coming period, CONINCO would continue to accompany the group, and committed to mobilizing the best resources to implement highly effective projects together with HASEKO.

HASEKO representative Mr. Kazuo Ikegami expressed appreciation for the long-standing cooperative relationship between the two sides, while also sharing the group's development orientation in the Vietnamese market for the new period. Accordingly, besides its core business of condominium development, HASEKO is studying the deployment of a low-rise timber housing model – a type of development the group has successfully carried out in Tokyo and Osaka.

The meeting took place in an open, sincere, and effective atmosphere, further strengthening the good cooperative relationship between CONINCO and HASEKO. The directions discussed at the meeting will serve as an important foundation for the two sides to expand cooperation in urban development, the application of advanced construction technologies, building operations management, and new real estate models, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's construction market in the time to come.
