The Design Consortium of NIHON SEKKEI - CONINCO participates in the Topping-Out Ceremony of MB Grand Tower at 63 Le Van Luong

On March 22, 2017, the representatives of NIHON SEKKEI - CONINCO participated in the Topping-out ceremony of MB Grand Tower at 63 Le Van Luong, which has 25 storeys, 1 tum floor and 4 basements. The MB Grand Tower is a Grade-A building of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, commenced in April 2015 and is scheduled to open in December 2017.

On behalf of CONINCO - the leading member of the consortium, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BoM, General Director; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of BOM, Deputy General Director, Project Director, Chief Designer of MB Grand Tower; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director. On behalf of NIHON SEKKEI Inc., there were Mr. Eiji Okada, -Vice President of NIHON SEKKEI; Mr. Yusaku Ichimura - Vice President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam, Senior Architect of NIHON SEKKEI; Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuc - Director of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam.

MB Grand Tower is built on 4,950sqm of land, of which the construction area is 2,120sqm including 25 storeys, 1 story and 4 basements with 111m height, ensuring a workplace for more than 2,000 officers of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and its member companies. The project is located in a convenient and fast-connection location, just takes 5 minutes to the National Convention Center, Big C Supermarket; there are many office buildings and head offices on the axis of the road, which are considered as Financial Axis of the South West of Hanoi.

With the aim as Head Office of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the design of office space and transaction area of ​​MB are arranged separately but still satisfy the factors: Friendliness, Safety and Flexibility. The building has a large conference hall with a capacity of 550 people. In order to provide a dynamic, creative and friendly working environment for employees, MB Grand Tower also arranges gym, outdoor coffee for employees; community area, relax ...

The MB Grand Tower has a large internal traffic system consisting of a pair of escalators, a VIP lift, 8 passenger elevators, a fire protection elevator, two up-and-down-basement ramps, which best suits to the mobility demands of staff, employees and customers dealing with MB. The building is designed with a multi-layered security system, the way of staffs and customers mobility is separately designed with security systems such as CCTV and IC cards.
