On the morning of May 13, 2026, the Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO held a specialized working session with FSI technology development and trading investment joint stock company (FSI) – one of Vietnam’s leading units in digital transformation consulting and implementation. The meeting focused on discussing solutions to apply digital platforms in data governance and establishing a proactive security system for the company.

Attending the working session from CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chairwoman of the Board; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan – Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; together with members of the General Management Board and leaders of management departments.

The core content of the meeting revolved around identifying and proposing optimal technology solutions for the enterprise, including digitizing management processes, securing data, and ensuring network security for the entire system. Assessing practical requirements, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang emphasized the importance of digitizing the company’s current data repository to protect the large volume of information assets and records, while creating a solid foundation to optimize operational efficiency and project management.

Leadership of both sides exchange views during the working session.

In orienting the company’s technology development strategy, Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh affirmed that digital transformation is a top priority. Digital transformation not only solves internal issues but also enhances CONINCO’s competitiveness in the market. The Chairman also set strict requirements for system architecture: any software put into operation must ensure openness and API connectivity so that the company maintains proactive control over integration and upgrades, avoiding dependence on closed systems. At the same time, legal risks associated with digitizing approval processes were frankly discussed by both sides to develop the safest, most efficient, and cost-optimized storage solutions.

At the end of the working session, leaders of both sides agreed to continue further discussions to build the most suitable implementation plan tailored to CONINCO’s characteristics. Recognizing CONINCO’s position and influence, Mr. Nguyen Duy Lai – Deputy General Director of FSI – expressed his desire for the company to become a bridge to introduce and apply FSI’s advanced technology platforms to large-scale projects in the near future.
