The Supreme People's Court office works are designed by the consortium of CONINCO and Inros Lackner Se (Federal Republic of Germany), constructed by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, project management consultant: Construction Project Management Board specialized construction - Ministry of Construction and supervised by CONINCO.

The main hall area of the new building is designed in an open way, connecting to Cong Ly Garden and 48 Ly Thuong Kiet building.
