Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between CONINCO and Gerber Architekten International GmbH (Federal Republic of Germany)

On the afternoon of November 19, 2024, CONINCO headquarters hosted the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) and Gerber Architekten International GmbH (GAI) from the Federal Republic of Germany. The ceremony was held to establish comprehensive cooperation between the two companies, creating new opportunities for consulting services in Vietnam and internationally. This milestone event highlights both parties' international cooperation strategy and market expansion plans while reinforcing CONINCO's commitment to service excellence and innovation in the construction sector.
Attending the ceremony from GAI were Mr. Marius A. Ryrko - Managing Director, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh - Advisor and Associates.
The CONINCO delegation included Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director - Chief of Board Office; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh - Head of Business Department; Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Director of Laboratory Testing and Construction Inspection Center; Mr. Pham Tien Thang - Director of Architecture Center 2; Mr. Trinh Hong Khanh - Director of Design Management Center; Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Deputy Head of Business Department; and Mr. Nguyen Quang Long - Deputy Director of Laboratory Testing Center.
In a cordial and formal atmosphere, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong expressed his pleasure in welcoming Mr. Marius A. Ryrko, Managing Director of Gerber Architekten, a leading German group with extensive experience and reputation in urban design and planning. Mr. Cuong emphasized: "We are delighted to partner with Gerber Architekten. This collaboration will enable CONINCO to access advanced technologies and modern design trends from Germany, learning from GAI's experience, particularly in urban design and planning, thereby enhancing our service and product quality. This partnership will not only improve CONINCO's competitiveness but also contribute to sustainable infrastructure and urban development in Vietnam."
Representing Gerber Architekten, Managing Director Marius A. Ryrko thanked CONINCO for their warm welcome and extended an invitation to CONINCO's leadership to visit their headquarters in Germany. He shared: "We are impressed by Vietnam's rapid development in the construction sector. Through this GAI-CONINCO partnership, we are confident that we can effectively address the most challenging projects, meeting German standards while complying with Vietnamese regulations and cost considerations.
