MB TOWER Opening Ceremony: Joint Venture CONINCO & NIHON SEKKEI - General Contractor Design Consultancy for impressive classy works.

On the morning of October 26, 2020, MB Bank held the opening ceremony of MB Tower at 63 Le Van Luong, Cau Giay, Hanoi. MB Tower is a Grade A office building designed by the Joint Ventureof CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI, the intersection of Japan's delicate architecture and Vietnam's distinctive cultural identity has brought a new breath to MB Tower, creating an art work for the southwest gateway of Hanoi.

Attending the opening ceremony, on the side of the State leaders, there was General Ngo Xuan Lich, Politburo's member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, and Defense Minister; Mr. Phung Quoc Hien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; General Phung Quang Thanh, former Politburo member, former Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission (CMC), former Defense Minister; Mr. Dao Minh Tu as Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam; Mr. Tran Van Dzung, Chairman of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam; Leaders of Departments, Ministries, Branches, Central and local; the Leaders, former Leaders of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense. On the side of MB Bank, there were Senior Lieutenant General Le Huu Duc – MB Bank's Chairman of BoM; Colonel Luu Trung Thai - General Director, with all MB Bank's management and staff.

Overview of the opening ceremony

On behalf of CONINCO, the leading member of the Joint Venture  was Dr. Ha Minh - General Director, Project Director, Design Manager of MB Tower; Arch. Do Nhu Duc - Director of Center for International Cooperation and Consultancy, M.Sc Le Nguyen Giap - Director of Transferring for Construction & Environment Center; M.Sc Do Thi Ngoc Chau and M.Sc Dau Thi Thu Dan - Deputy Manager of Business Management Department; M.Sc Nguyen Phan Anh - Transferring for Construction & Environment Center and CONINCO design consultant team at the project.

Due to the complicated developments of COVID-19 in the world, the leaders and experts of NIHON SEKKEI Group could not attend the opening ceremony, representatives of the Group in Vietnam there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai - Director of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam Company Limited.

MB Tower is located at a "prime location" on Le Van Luong street, Cau Giay district, deployed on a land area of nearly 5,000 square meters with 26 floors and 4 basements. The planning and design of MB Tower are established based on modern Japanese and international design standards and guidelines: minimalism, sophistication, and efficiency, making the most of space, sunlight, and save energy.

The appearance of MB Tower - an impressive, smart, comfortable, and classy building on the "financial axis" of the southwestern area of Hanoi with a sophisticated, unique, modern, and safe design, The Design Consortium of CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI once again affirms CONINCO's capacity and position in the design field.
