Minister of Ministry of Construction Pham Hong Ha visits employees at the Noi Bai Airport Food Processing Factory

In the atmosphere of Happy New Year, on February 6th, 2018, Minister of Ministry of Construction Pham Hong Ha visited and gave Tet presents to employees at the project of the Noi Bai Airport Food Processing Factory, Soc Son district (Hanoi). CONINCO provides the project management consulting services for this project.
The investment project to build Noi Bai Airport Food Processing Factory consists of a main building with 01 basement and 03 floors above ground, total usage area of over 6,000m2 and total construction area of over 25,000m2. Solutions for foundation and basement wall: reinforced concrete piles, centrifugal prestressed D600, low station; Solution of body structure: column structural system, beams, reinforced concrete floor poured in place, using the pre-stressed floor structure, post tension with thickness of 260 mm; Auxiliary works: leveling, traffic, concrete roads, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, fences, trees, retaining walls; Other items: anti-termite, lightning protection; general items. The project was commenced on 24/11/2016, so far the work has been in the finishing stage.
At the site, the Minister visited and talked graciously, encouraged and gave presents to workers. The Minister appreciated the working spirit, the urgent productive atmosphere in the adjacent-to-Tet days to bring the project to the destination on schedule. The Minister emphasized that the units and workers should pay special attention to safety, quality and environmental sanitation. Leaders of the units must take care of all workers to have a warm and happy Tet.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Vui - Chairman of the BoM of NoiBai Catering Services JSC., the representative of the Investor thanked the Minister for his encouragement to all workers at the site. Representatives of construction contractors and project management consultants (CONINCO), consultancy unit (CCU) were determined to perform well in the field organization and take the initiative in implementing the construction, meeting the requirements of the project. At the same time, the staff would always concentrate on the work, closely monitor the quality of work, ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation to complete the project on schedule.
