On the afternoon of April 15, 2026, at CONINCO’s headquarters, Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh presided over a reception and working session with representatives from the Asai Ken Architectural Research Institute (AAR+) from Japan. The meeting creates many practical opportunities for cooperation between the two parties in the fields of construction consulting and architectural design.
Attending the working session, on CONINCO’s side were Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chairwoman of the Board; Mr. Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director and Chief of the BoD Assitance Office; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh – Head of the Business Department; Mr. Pham Tien Thang – Director of Consulting Division 3; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Director of T.A1 Center; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – Deputy Chief of the BoD Assitance Office; and Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Director of T.ĐT Center and Secretary to the General Director.
From the partner side, CONINCO welcomed Mr. NOMURA Tadashi – Senior Advisor of AAR+ and Mr. Nguyen Phu Hien – CEO of Vietnam Japan Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (VJEC).
Opening the session, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh shared CONINCO’s development journey and capacity, reaffirming the company’s position aligned with its orientation "Assurance for the Future." Having spent time researching and teaching in Japan, the Chairman expressed his appreciation for the working culture of Japanese partners. He also shared CONINCO’s vision of serving as a bridge to support international investors participating in projects in Vietnam.
Thanking Dr. Ha Minh and CONINCO’s leadership for the warm welcome, Mr. NOMURA Tadashi – Senior Advisor of AAR+ also introduced the Institute's operational philosophy of "Understanding + Creation." The Institute aims for a "human-centered architecture," emphasizing the harmony between architecture, urban areas, and people. Instead of focusing solely on individual buildings, AAR+ designs always allocate reserved spaces for future urban development, aiming to create projects that bring practical and sustainable value to society.
Based on similarities in development orientation, both sides discussed cooperation opportunities through a model that combines AAR+’s international expertise and experience with CONINCO’s local market understanding and implementation capacity. The two parties also discussed urban development trends linked to public transport (Transit-Oriented Development - TOD) and the high-speed railway sector. These fields offer practical directions for connecting experts, promoting technology transfer, and collaborating on high-quality human resource training for infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
The successful working session helped CONINCO and AAR+ gain a deeper understanding of each other's capacities and orientations. Both sides agreed to maintain contact and exchange detailed information to soon realize potential cooperation projects in the future, contributing to strengthening the strategic partnership between Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises.
