AFC – YOOSHIN – CONINCO Association signed the contract of project supervision consultant and management support – Medium urban development project.

On October 10th, 2013, at the Office of Management Board of Vinh Urban development, the Contract signing ceremony of the package VH4-1B about project supervision consultant and management support – Medium urban development project – Subproject of Vinh City.

Attending the ceremony, from Owner, there were Mr. Nguyen Thac Chinh – Leader of Project management team, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung – Vice leader of Project management team and staffs of Bidding Planning Department; from Association, there were representative of AF – Consult Switzerland Association, Mr. Keith Salt – Head of Representative Office, Mr. Le Quang Que – in charge of business, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha – Manager of Representative Office; Yooshin Engineering Corporation; Mr. Hyeoksan Kwon – Head of Representative Office; Mrs. Dang Thi Huong Ly – Deputy Head of Representative Office; from CONINCO Company, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong – President of BoM cum General Director; Mr. Nguyen Huu Truong – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan -  Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Xuan Tuong – Head of Finance and Accounting Department; Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – Director of Major Construction Projects Management Center.

Subproject of Vinh city development belongs to Project of medium city development in Vietnam that is examined and introduced to the program of preferential loan class of 2011 – 2017 by World Bank. This project has target of supporting stable development of Vinh city in particular and Nghe An province in general. This project satisfies two general strategies of World Bank and The Program of Vietnam Government.

This project proposes to construct and upgrade interdisciplinary infrastructure including: infrastructure of residential quarter, improving sanitation environment, transporting road, supporting technique and reinforcing management capacity of management city agency. The project has scope of 16 streets within the city and 9 suburban communes directly under the city.

The commencement of construction subproject of Vinh urban development is the important event celebrating 50 years of establishment of Vinh city, 5 years Vinh city is recognized level 1 urban. This project will be implemented within 5 years. After finishing, the project makes a great contribution to improve environment, reinforce drainage area, upgrade urban infrastructure and then enhance qualitative life of townsman.
