CONINCO's Leadership Delegation in Japan: Breakthrough in Strategic Partnership and Market Development

From February 12, 2025, a leadership delegation from Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), headed by Board of Directors member and General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, conducted a working visit to Japan. The delegation included members of the Board of Directors, representatives from the Business Department, and key project management personnel. This visit aimed not only to conduct official meetings but also to solidify CONINCO's partnerships with key strategic allies, explore market expansion opportunities, and further the company's sustainable growth.
CONINCO's visit occurred amidst a growing need for international collaboration to support Vietnamese enterprise development. The delegation's presence at leading Japanese firms underscored CONINCO's strong ties with its Japanese counterparts, paving the way for future joint ventures in areas like design, civil works supervision, transportation infrastructure, and high-speed rail systems.

On February 12, the delegation met with senior executives of Azusa Sekkei Group. Later that day, they visited and held discussions at the headquarters of Nihon Sekkei Group. On February 14, the delegation toured the Tokyo Metro Urban Railway and High-Speed Rail Operation Training Center, followed by a meeting at Nippon Koei Group's headquarters.
Discussions between CONINCO and its partners revolved around ongoing and prospective projects. Valuable insights were shared regarding the execution of complex airport projects, design strategies, high-rise building complex management, and innovative design technologies. The Japanese experts provided in-depth knowledge, offering the CONINCO delegation a clearer understanding of Japanese operational procedures and corporate culture. Concurrently, CONINCO proposed numerous collaborative concepts, focusing on future projects that leverage the respective strengths of each party.
Notably, the tour of the Tokyo Metro Urban Railway and High-Speed Rail Operation Training Center, along with an examination of the infrastructure and operational processes of the high-speed rail system, provided CONINCO with crucial practical knowledge as it targets involvement in Vietnam's future high-speed rail projects.
This visit was pivotal in reinforcing CONINCO's relationships with its strategic partners and fostering Vietnam-Japan collaboration within the construction industry. Learning from these leading corporations will bolster CONINCO's capabilities and enhance its service quality. The discussed partnership plans are set to guide CONINCO's expansion into civil engineering, airport, transportation infrastructure, technical infrastructure, and high-speed rail projects in Vietnam, catering to the market's escalating demands.
