By Civil Engineering Consulting (China) paid a visit to and conducted working sessions with CONINCO

On the morning of January 19th, 2024, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong had a working session with Mr. Bai Yun - General Director of By Civil Engineering Consulting Company China at CONINCO headquarters. The purpose of this meeting was to introduce the functions and capabilities of both companies, as well as to discuss opportunities for cooperation in the field of underground railway tunnels and underground projects.

From CONINCO, Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director and Manager of the Office of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh - Deputy General Director and Manager of Technical Management Department; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap - Deputy General Director; and Ms. Pham Thuy Linh - Manager of Business Management Department also attended the working session

During the working session, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong introduced CONINCO's activities over its 45-year history of formation and development. CONINCO, formerly known as the Institute of Mechanization and Construction Technology Research, has become one of the leading construction consulting brands in Vietnam. It participates in consulting, supervision, inspection, and design for key projects in various sectors, including transportation, technical infrastructure, civil, and energy, both in Vietnam and in neighboring ries.

In the coming time, CONINCO is interested in developing high-speed highway projects, high-quality railway systems, and underground construction projects. It is known that By Civil Engineering Consulting Company, particularly General Director Bai Yun, has extensive experience in implementing underground projects and workforce training in China. Therefore, CONINCO hopes that both parties can explore and create opportunities for cooperation in this field in the near future. 

Mr. Bai Yun expressed his gratitude for CONINCO's warm reception and also shared the operational capabilities of By Civil Engineering Consulting in the field of underground construction. Mr. Bai Yun extended an invitation to General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and the CONINCO leadership to visit Shanghai to explore the underground project system and meet with experts to exchange and share experiences in tunnel design, construction, and supervision. This visit would allow CONINCO to gain a deeper understanding of underground transportation and urban infrastructure projects.
Furthermore, the two parties discussed personnel training in the field of underground construction. Investing in training and developing personnel is crucial to grasp new technologies and meet the requirements of complex underground projects, contributing to enhancing the capacity of the engineering staff and achieving sustainable success for both companies.

Both leaders believe that this collaboration will bring significant benefits to both companies while contributing to the development and improvement of underground projects in the region.

The working session concluded on a positive note, promising a future of successful cooperation.
