Engage Asia – Hong Kong visited and worked with CONINCO

On the morning of September 5, 2024, executives from Engage Asia Company visited and collaborated with CONINCO to explore cooperation opportunities in IT design consulting, security surveillance, risk management, and more, for construction projects, aiming to combine the capabilities of the two companies to effectively develop construction projects in Vietnam and the Asian region.

Attending the meeting from Engage Asia were Michael Tomordy – Founder and CEO; Bean Taing – Consultant; and Hoang Khanh Long – Consulting Director, representing the company in Vietnam. Welcoming the partners on CONINCO's side were Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director, Head of Board of Directors' Office; Trinh Hong Khanh – Director of Architectural Center 1; Pham Tien Thang – Director of Architectural Center 2; Nguyen Van Hieu – Deputy Head of Business Department; and Hoang Xuan Binh – Deputy Director of Design Management Center.

During the meeting, both sides highlighted their capabilities and outstanding achievements, discussing potential areas for collaboration in the future.
Engage Asia was founded in 2011 by Michael Tomordy. The company specializes in providing in-depth IT design consulting, risk assessment, security monitoring, and resilience solutions for construction projects. To date, Engage has implemented over 500 projects in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and is currently undertaking several projects in Vietnam. Engage Asia is a recognized partner by major global hotel management groups such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Accor. Aiming to expand its market, Michael Tomordy hopes to collaborate with CONINCO to create a combined strength, develop and execute these potential projects in Vietnam, and further develop the field of design consulting.

Expressing gratitude for Michael Tomordy’s interest, Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director, Head of Board of Directors' Office of CONINCO emphasized the crucial role of technology in enhancing design and construction efficiency. As a leading construction consulting firm in Vietnam with 45 years of development, CONINCO is willing to cooperate with domestic and international partners in various fields. This collaboration would enable them to learn from technological solutions and practical experience, ultimately improving the effectiveness of construction projects in Vietnam. Deputy General Director Le Thanh Minh hopes that the two sides can jointly organize seminars to introduce, share experience, and transfer technology in design, security monitoring, and risk management. They also agreed to regularly exchange information to explore future opportunities for collaboration.

The meeting concluded successfully, with both sides agreeing to continue exchanging information to strengthen their cooperation process, opening up more opportunities for both companies. The combination of CONINCO and Engage Asia promises to bring many benefits and new opportunities in the construction and design fields. This collaboration will contribute to enhancing the quality of projects in the future, promoting the overall development of the construction industry in Vietnam and the Asian region.
