CONINCO – PADECO (Japan): Discussing opportunities for cooperation in Japanese projects in Vietnam

On June 19, 2026, at the CONINCO TOWER, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held a meeting with representative from PADECO Co., Ltd (Japan) to discuss opportunities for cooperation in consultancy, construction, infrastructure development, and education-technology connectivity in Vietnam.

Attending the meeting, on the side of CONINCO, there were: Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – Deputy General Director; and Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – Deputy Manager of the BoD Assistance Office.
On the side of PADECO, there was: Ms. Natsuko Kabayama – Representative of PADECO Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors expressed his gratitude to Ms. Natsuko Kabayama for taking the time to visit and work with the company.This was the second time in June 2026 that representative from PADECO's leadership had visited CONINCO. Previously, on June 9, 2026, a delegation of PADECO experts held discussions with CONINCO's leadership regarding opportunities for cooperation in environmental technology and sustainable infrastructure development in Vietnam. The continued meetings and exchanges demonstrate the interest and goodwill of both sides in promoting long-term cooperation programs, aiming towards the implementation of Japanese projects in Vietnam in the coming time.

Ms. Natsuko Kabayama expressed her impression of CONINCO's extensive experience in key national projects, as well as its highly capable team of experts and professional working environment. She believes that the combination of PADECO's international experience and CONINCO's consulting and project implementation capabilities will create a favorable foundation for both sides to develop practical cooperation programs that bring value to the community and contribute to strengthening Vietnam-Japan cooperation.
Concluding a productive working session, PADECO’s representative toured the main hall, the exhibition area showcasing typical projects completed by CONINCO, and the building's rooftop café/canteen.

With shared vision and a spirit of cooperation, CONINCO and PADECO believe that today's exchanges will be a solid foundation for both sides to jointly create quality projects, contributing to promoting sustainable development and strengthening Vietnam-Japan cooperation in the future.
