CONINCO and RIDGE (China): Expanding Cooperation Opportunities in Construction Management Consulting

On the afternoon of November 13, 2025, CONINCO welcomed and held a working session with the leadership delegation from RIDGE Group (Shenzhen Ridge Technology), China. The meeting served as an opportunity for both parties to enhance mutual understanding, engage in in-depth discussions regarding professional capacities, and explore strategic cooperation opportunities in the field of project management consulting.

Attending the meeting, on the side of RIDGE Group, were Mr. Fan Wenhong – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Wu Xiaoling – Board Member (Director) and General Manager of Jie'an Company; Vice Presidents Mr. Yan Guotao and Mr. Wang Lei; Mr. Wu Zhuang – Assistant to the Chairman & General Manager of the Insurance Risk Control Business Center; Mr. Zhou Yinbing – General Manager of the Industrial Project Management Center; Mr. Xiong Wenjie – General Manager of Ruiya Company; Mr. Lei Qiang – General Manager of the Industrial Development Center; Ms. Lu Min – Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center; Mr. Song Bowei – General Manager of the Product Department; and Mr. Fang Xuying – Chief Expert, Senior Engineer, and National Level I Safety Evaluation Expert.
Representing CONINCO were Mr. Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director and Chief of the Board of Directors Office; Mr. Le Ngoc Anh – Director of the CONINCO Center for Training and Science Research (T.NC), Deputy Head of the Business Department; and Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Deputy Head of the Business Department.

During the session, Deputy General Director Le Thanh Minh, on behalf of the Board of Management, welcomed the RIDGE Group delegation to CONINCO. He provided an overview of the company’s history, core business sectors, and signature projects across the country. He also highlighted CONINCO’s development strategy for urban rail and high-speed rail in the coming period. Mr. Le Thanh Minh emphasized that, as one of Vietnam’s leading construction consulting companies, CONINCO is always eager to collaborate with reputable international partners to deliver comprehensive and high-quality solutions to clients.

In response, Mr. Fan Wenhong, Chairman of RIDGE, expressed his impression of the scale, extensive experience, and achievements attained by CONINCO. Introducing RIDGE Group, he noted that the unit was established in 2010 and listed on the ChiNext board in 2021. RIDGE is a leading provider of project management services, covering phases from planning and design to construction and operation. Notably, RIDGE has expanded strongly into new sectors such as new energy and smart manufacturing (including Semiconductors and Data Centers). To expand its market presence in Vietnam, RIDGE seeks to find a reliable partner like CONINCO for mutual development.

In an open and constructive spirit, the leaders of both sides thoroughly reviewed each other's capacities and discussed potential cooperation in their respective areas of strength. The meeting concluded successfully, opening up numerous prospects for specific cooperation in the future.
