CONINCO – TOTO Vietnam: Strengthening Partnership and Promoting Sustainable Values

On the morning of July 16, 2026, at CONINCO's headquarters, Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh chaired a reception and working session with a TOTO delegation led by General Director Mr. Iwamoto Takafumi. The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to discuss future cooperation directions while sharing common values in sustainable development and community responsibility.

Attending the meeting, from CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chair of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – Deputy General Director; Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – Deputy Manager of BoD Assistance office; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh – Manager of Business Management Department; and Ms. Trinh Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Director of T.DT Center and Secretary to the General Director.
Representing TOTO were Mr. Iwamoto Takafumi – General Director; Mr. Luu Duc Anh – Deputy General Director; and Mr. Le Cong Tuan Anh – Assistant.

In his welcoming remarks, Dr. Ha Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his pleasure at welcoming TOTO's leadership to visit and work with CONINCO. He highly appreciated TOTO's position as a leading brand in sanitary ware and bathroom solutions, while recognizing the company's positive contributions to community development activities in Vietnam.

In particular, he thanked TOTO for enabling CONINCO to participate in and support the "Great Unity dream" program – a deeply humanitarian social initiative that contributes to building schools for children in mountainous areas and providing a better learning environment for generations of students in disadvantaged localities.

Dr. Ha Minh also shared his deep affection for Japan, where he spent many years studying, conducting research, and teaching, while expressing his appreciation for the development philosophy of Japanese enterprises, which closely links economic growth with social responsibility. According to the Chairman of CONINCO's Board of Directors, this is also an important foundation for the two companies to continue working together on cooperation programs that deliver practical value to the community.

Representing TOTO, Mr. Iwamoto Takafumi shared the company's development philosophy: "Become the TOTO of the country in which you operate," reaffirming the company's desire to leverage its capabilities, experience, and resources to make positive contributions to the development of the host country. He also expressed his pride in partnering with CONINCO and other partners in the "Great Unity dream" program, affirming that TOTO will continue to pursue its corporate social responsibility initiatives in the coming years.

As part of the working session, the delegates watched the short film "The Journey of Great Unity dream" which depicted the process of building schools in mountainous areas across the country. The authentic images of the transformation of these schools and the joy of teachers and students were deeply moving, reaffirming the program's practical significance for education and community development.

In a warm and open atmosphere, representatives of the leadership of CONINCO and TOTO exchanged commemorative gifts as a gesture of appreciation and a symbol of the strong and sustainable partnership between the two companies.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, further strengthening the strong partnership between CONINCO and TOTO while opening up new opportunities for future cooperation based on a shared vision of sustainable development, social responsibility, and the creation of long-term value for the community.
