CONINCO works with FIRST and UMA business delegations from China

On the morning of September 23, 2025, at the CONINCO Tower headquarters, Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment – CONINCO held a reception and working session with First new material development joint stock company and UMA architecture company from China. The session was an opportunity for the parties to learn, exchange information, and explore potential future collaborations.

Attending the working session, the partner delegation from First company included Mr. Guo Xiang En, Chairman of the Board; and Mr. Liu Dong Hua, Vice Chairman of the Board. From UMA Company, there were Mr. Zhu Ziao Chuan, General Director; and Ms. Yu Jing, Executive Director.

Welcoming the partners from CONINCO were Chairman of the Board Phan Ngoc Cuong; Deputy General Director and Chief of the Board Office Le Thanh Minh; Deputy General Director Nguyen Dang Quang; Head of the Business Department Pham Thuy Linh; Director of the Design operations center (T.DT) Trinh Hong Khanh; and Deputy Head of the Business Department Nguyen Van Hieu.

At the working session, Chairman of the Board Phan Ngoc Cuong welcomed the leadership delegation from FIRST and UMA to visit and work at CONINCO, while introducing an overview of capabilities, experiences, notable projects CONINCO has collaborated on with partners from China, and ongoing projects, affirming the position of a leading construction consulting brand in Vietnam.

On the partner side, the representative from First company introduced construction materials, particularly the company's new technology product evaluated as the leading invention in cold thermal paint, capable of self-generating cold air without electricity.
Additionally, the representative from UMA company shared strengths in the field of multi-style interior design consulting, meeting the increasingly high and diverse requirements of customers.

The discussion took place in an open and professional atmosphere. Based on the shared information, the parties agreed to continue in-depth exchanges to advance specific collaborations in the future. The meeting has opened an initial connection channel between CONINCO and the two enterprises from China, promising to bring optimal solutions to the Vietnamese construction market.
