CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI: Enhancing and strengthening cooperation in the field of Design Consultancy

On the morning of September 28, 2023, representatives of NIHON SEKKEI Corporation (Japan), Mr. Naoki Tominaga - Deputy CEO, Mr. Tetsuya Hiramoto - Senior Director of the International Project Department, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai - Director of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam Co., Ltd., visited and worked at CONINCO.

On the side of CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh - Manager of Business Management Department; Mr. Pham Tien Thang - Director of Architecture Center No. 2.

Established in 1968, NIHON SEKKEI is known as one of the leading design consulting corporations in Japan, participating in the design of numerous high-rise skyscrapers in Japan, ASEAN ries, and worldwide. In Vietnam, NIHON SEKKEI is one of CONINCO's strategic partners and has extensive cooperation in various construction consulting fields such as design, project quality management, and appraisal. Additionally, the CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI Joint Venture has participated in many design competitions and achieved numerous awards. The leaders of both companies highly appreciated the harmonious cooperation and professional work attitude of the staff both companies. They hoped to continue proactively and regularly exchanging information, strengthening the bond further to create more opportunities for working together.

During the working session, Mr. Naoki Tominaga - Deputy CEO, introduced the new headquarters of the Corporation in Japan and highlighted the notable projects that NIHON SEKKEI has been involved in recent years, as well as the market and development direction of NIHON SEKKEI in the near future. Mr. Naoki Tominaga also extended an invitation to Chairman Nguyen Van Cong, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, and the CONINCO leadership to visit the new headquarters of NIHON SEKKEI.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong expressed his gratitude for the invitation Mr. Naoki Tominaga and promised to arrange a visit to the new headquarters of NIHON SEKKEI and the projects implemented by NIHON SEKKEI in Japan. Chairman Nguyen Van Cong congratulated NIHON SEKKEI on its achievements in recent years. Despite facing challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic and global economic fluctuations, NIHON SEKKEI has successfully completed numerous projects and made significant leaps in development each year, expanding into promising markets.

During the exchange at the working session, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong also introduced CONINCO's key projects that the company has been involved in recently, such as Phu Bai International Airport, Long Thanh International Airport, and the North-South Expressway. Additionally, he shared insights into the development trends of the Vietnamese economy and the construction industry in particular, expressing the desire for NIHON SEKKEI and CONINCO to jointly explore and enhance cooperation in the field of design consultancy. With the determination and efforts of the leadership, the collaborative relationship between CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI promises to further develop and achieve significant accomplishments.

The working session concluded on a positive note, and Mr. Naoki Tominaga expressed his gratitude for the warm reception Chairman Nguyen Van Cong and the CONINCO leadership.
