CONINCO organized the 6th Japan infrastructure Alumni meeting

In order to promote the exchange and increase the opportunity of cooperation between members and Vietnamese - Japanese agencies, in the afternoon of October 07th, 2016, the 6th Japan Infrastructure Alumni Meeting was heldat the headquaters of CONINCO with the participation of many professors, doctors, lectures and engineers,… in Vietnam, who studied and worked in Japan.

 
Attending the meeting, regarding the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, there were Mr. Yosuke Fukushima – the First Secretary, Mr. Yusuke Hayashi –the First Secretary, Mr. Inoue Kenji – the Second Secretary. Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was Mr. Kenichiro Tachi – JICA expert for Water Resource Management Policy. Regarding CONINCO, there were Dr. Ha Minh –Member of BoM, Deputy General Director – chairman of the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong – Vice Head of Economic-Planning Department, Mr. Nguyen Tu Trong – Director of CONINCO Vietnam Japan Trade and Construction Joint Stock (CONINCO-VJ). Besides, there attended the Japan infrastructure alumni and professors, the first-year masters of Vietnam Japan University.
Opening the meeting, Dr. Ha Minh – Member of BoM, Deputy General Director  expressed CONINCO’s honor as the first company to hold such a meeting with the enthusiastic participation of professors, doctors as well as students who studied in Japan, especially with the participation of Embassy of Japan in Vietnam and JICA’s representative.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of openness and intimacy. In addition to those joining Japan alumni meetings for many times, there were also first-time participants. Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong – the professor graduated from the University of Saitama, Japan introduced about CONINCO then presented about comprehensive collaboration between CONINCO and Japanese partners in numerous projects, including many important projects in Vietnam. Following the introduction of Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong, Mr. Yosuke Fukushima – the First Secretary of Embassy of Japan in Vietnam presented about the Partnership for quality infrastructure. After that, representative of Vietnam Japan University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc –Head of Training Department of Vietnam National University, Director ofthe Master's Program for Infrastructure Engineering also introduced Vietnam Japan University; expressed sincere thanks to Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, Japan International Cooperation Agency as well as Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) to organize a meaningful meeting, create good opportunities for alumnito exchange and learn from predecessors. Moreover, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc also invited all participants to visit the University and attend the scientific conference in the coming time.
The meeting took place successfully, helping participants improve knowledge, improve the "working together for development" partnership between Vietnam and Japan.
