CONINCO organizes the 27 Training Course of "General Knowledge on the operation of CONINCO system"

Continuing the human resource training activities in the past years, the CONINCO Research Center of Science, Technology and Training organized the training course of "General knowledge of the operation of CONINCO system" for young and new trainees working at the company on August 10, 2017, at the headquarter of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO.

Attending and giving the lectures, there were Dr. Ha Minh - General Director; MSc. Nguyen Luong Binh - Deputy General Director; Dr. Nguyen Dinh Dao - Former Deputy General Director; Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong - Head of Marketing Department, Ms. Ho Thi Ha - Head of Economic and Planning Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Deputy Head of Economic and Planning Department; Mr. Le Minh Hoang - Head of HR Department; Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat - Head of Administration Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh – Head of Procurement Department; Mr. To Quang Hung - Deputy Head of Technical Management Department; Dr. Duong Trong Vinh - Director of the Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy as well as new staffs of the company.

At the training course, the General Director shared the vision, mission and culture of CONINCO with four mottoes: "Compliance is paramount – Only best quality is allowed - Accuracy is precept priority – Corporate culture is basic background". Through the talk, Dr. Ha Minh hopes that every member will always work with all passion and enthusiasm to build a professional – cooperative – friendly working environment towards the global development and integration.

In addition, the trainers also shared their experiences in market development, international cooperation and project implementation as well as special considerations in the contract drafting, signing and follow-up with the partners and the investors. The training course provided an overview of the company's information as well as rules, regulations and operational procedures to help new employees quickly integrate into the CONINCO’s culture and environment.

The training program summarized in 8 sections:

- Dr. Nguyen Dinh Dao - Former Deputy General Director talked about "History of formation and development of CONINCO"

- Dr. Duong Trong Vinh - Director of the Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy shared "International relations of CONINCO - Opportunities and Challenges"

- Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong - Head of Marketing Department presented "Functions and Tasks of the Marketing Department and management process"

- Mr. Le Minh Hoang - Head of HR Department presented the "Organization Structure, Rights and Obligations of Personnel in CONINCO"

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh – Head of Procurement Department presented " Procurement and implementation process"

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong – Deputy Head of Economics and Planning Department gave the lecture on "Management system of construction consultancy contract of CONINCO”

- Mr. To Quang Hung - Deputy Head of Technical Department presented "Quality Management System of Consultancy Products by CONINCO"

- Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat - Head of Administration Department introduced about "CONINCO's system of managing and archiving the deliverables and documents".

The training program ended successfully. It is hoped that the annual training activities of the company will contribute to raising the awareness and pride as well as raising the enthusiasm and determination of each member to jointly build up the strong and continuous brand name of the company as the philosophy "Sharing to connect", bringing CONINCO brandname outreach the region and the world.
