Former Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan Congratulates CONINCO's New Senior Leadership

On the morning of December 16, 2025, Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Hong Quan – Former Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Former Minister of Construction – for a visit and to congratulate the company's new senior leadership.

Welcoming Former Minister Nguyen Hong Quan were Chairman of the Board Dr. Ha Minh; Vice Chairman of the Board Le Thi Ngoc Bich; General Director Nguyen Dang Quang; Deputy General Director and Chief of the Board Office Le Thanh Minh; Head of the Business Department Pham Thuy Linh; and Deputy Chief of the Board Office Do Thi Ngoc Chau.

The meeting took place in a warm, cordial atmosphere but also full of strategic insights, with heartfelt sharing from the Former Minister on the development orientation of a leading consulting enterprise in the market economy context.
During his tenure as Minister (2002 – 2011), comrade Nguyen Hong Quan made significant contributions to perfecting the legal framework for the construction industry and promoting the equitization process of state-owned enterprises. For CONINCO, this was also a period of strong transformation from a state-owned enterprise model to a joint-stock company, laying the foundation for the subsequent brand explosion.

The Former Minister's visit was not only a congratulatory message for the new leadership but also carried concerns and sharp orientations for CONINCO to maintain its position as the "big brother" in the industry.

At the discussion, the Former Minister expressed joy at the modern appearance and solid position of CONINCO in the Vietnamese construction market, especially in the field of supervision consulting. However, the Former Minister also emphasized that the company's brand value lies in its people, so establishing a tight human resource management system and internal controls is a core requirement to truly protect the CONINCO brand sustainably. At the same time, Former Minister Nguyen Hong Quan analyzed the development laws of the market economy and suggested changes in the production model that CONINCO should consider for breakthroughs in the future.

On behalf of the leadership and all employees, Chairman of the Board Dr. Ha Minh expressed deep gratitude for the Former Minister's affections and valuable guidance. CONINCO's leadership will seriously study the orientations shared by the comrade Former Minister to build a strategy for restructuring and developing CONINCO, aiming for a large-scale, professional, and sustainable construction consulting group.

The meeting and sharing between Former Minister Nguyen Hong Quan and CONINCO's new senior leadership have added strong motivation for the CONINCO ship to sail steadily under the steering of the new "captains".
