Leadership of the National Institute of Architecture Pays Courtesy Visit and Extends Congratulations to CONINCO’s New Management

On 24 December 2025, the leadership of the National Institute of Architecture (VIAR) paid a courtesy visit to CONINCO to extend congratulations to the Company’s newly appointed management. Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, the newly appointed General Director, represented CONINCO in welcoming the delegation and discussing plans for future cooperation.
Attending the meeting on behalf of the National Institute of Architecture were Mr. Ho Chi Quang, Director General, and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Deputy Director General. The Institute’s leadership presented congratulatory flower arrangements to Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director of CONINCO, while expressing strong confidence in the Company’s development orientation in the new phase.
Reflecting on recent cooperation, CONINCO and the National Institute of Architecture have worked closely and effectively on a number of major projects. A notable example is their collaboration within a joint venture for the consultancy package on the preparation of the Long Thanh Urban Master Plan, Dong Nai Province, with a vision toward 2045.
This strategically significant project requires the integration of internationally oriented planning expertise with rigorous technical management and appraisal capabilities. The initial success of the Long Thanh project serves as a solid foundation for both parties to further strengthen their cooperation in 2026. Accordingly, the two sides will continue to combine VIAR’s architectural research strengths with CONINCO’s leading consultancy expertise in urban planning projects, while also expanding cooperation in consultancy packages for design and technical infrastructure planning in key localities nationwide.
On behalf of CONINCO’s leadership, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang expressed his sincere appreciation for the attention and support from the National Institute of Architecture. He expressed his hope that in the new year 2026, cooperation between CONINCO and VIAR will achieve further breakthroughs and successes, contributing to the modernization of national infrastructure and architecture.
