CONINCO Convenes Board of Management Briefing: Strengthening Organization – Stepping Firmly into the Future

On the morning of December 15, 2025, the Board of Management briefing was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Ha Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors. This was a strategically significant session, marking the first milestone since CONINCO completed its senior leadership restructuring and announced new appointments, promising to create strong transformations in the next development phase.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Bich – Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang – General Director, along with all members of the Board of Management, heads of management departments, and Directors of Consulting Division 1 and Consulting Division 2. The full presence of the key leadership team demonstrated solidarity and a high sense of responsibility toward the Company's development orientation in the new context.

Opening the session, Chairman Dr. Ha Minh reviewed key highlights of the recent senior management restructuring and announced the decision to appoint M.Sc. Nguyen Huy Quang – Director of the Center for Construction Testing and Inspection (T.TN) – to the position of Deputy General Director for a 5-year term, effective from December 13, 2025. The addition of highly experienced and capable personnel to the executive board not only aims to strengthen governance but also reflects CONINCO’s vision in building a resilient leadership team ready to face the challenges of a volatile construction market.

Under the direction of Chairman Dr. Ha Minh and General Director Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, the conference conducted an in-depth analysis of the current production and business situation. Listening to feedback from the Board of Management and the management divisions, the Chairman and General Director acknowledged the tireless efforts of the entire staff while frankly pointing out "bottlenecks" that need to be cleared to optimize operational processes.

In his keynote address, Dr. Ha Minh emphasized that structural changes must go hand-in-hand with an innovative action-oriented mindset. The Chairman requested that the Board of Management and management departments quickly adapt and coordinate smoothly to realize strategic goals for 2026. The core spirit emphasized by the Chairman was "Working for the purpose of service, creating motivation for development," taking service quality as the measure of value and customer satisfaction as the guide for all actions.

Absorbing the directed opinions, General Director Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang affirmed his determination to exert his best efforts, standing side-by-side with the Board of Directors and maintaining close executive coordination with the Board of Management to fulfill assigned tasks. The General Director also required management departments to maximize their advisory roles and provide effective support for production and business activities.
