CONINCO participated in a career counseling session at Vietnam Japan University

   On December 3rd, 2018, at the invitation of VJU, CONINCO attended a career counseling session with its students. This was an annual activity of Vietnam Japan University. Large local and international enterprises and organizations were invited to consult and discuss career orientation for students after graduation. The activity also aimed to find jobs for its students, and at the same time met the needs of organizations and businesses to recruit quality human resources.

CONINCO representatives participated in the career counseling session, there were Dr. Ha Minh - General Director, Dr. Luong Thi Ngoc Huyen - CONINCO Research Center of Science, Technology and Training, and Ms. Dau Thi Thu Dan - Deputy Manager of Marketing and International Relations Department. Attending the counseling session, Dr. Luong Thi Ngoc Huyen made an introductory speech about CONINCO and shared about the demand for high quality human resources in the field of technical construction in general and with CONINCO in particular.

At the counseling session, Dr. Ha Minh also made a practical sharing on the current requirements of enterprises for the recruitment of human resources and the necessary conditions for the students to meet these requirements. Besides, Dr. Ha Minh also shared with students about his experience working in a multinational environment with the desire to help them to have an overview to orient and prepare the best for finding career after graduation.

   The career counseling session went well and received the attention and enthusiastic response from the University leaders in general and the students in particular. This is also an opportunity for CONINCO to strengthen the close cooperation relationship with Vietnam Japan University, serving to improve the human resources level for CONINCO in particular and Vietnam in general.
