CONINCO strengthens cooperation, enhances consulting capacity in the field of urban railways and high-speed railways

With the goal of leading national key transportation infrastructure projects and improving the quality of human resources, on the afternoon of December 3, 2025, CONINCO had a working session and exchanged strategic cooperation with China Railway Design Corporation (CRDC) and Hung Phu Company.

Attending the working session, on the side of CONINCO, there was Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy General Director; Director of the Railway Works Consulting Center (T.RC); Mr. Le Kim Lieu – Deputy Director of CONINCO Branch in Ho Chi Minh City; senior expert; Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – Deputy Head of Business Department, Mr. Pham Tien Quynh – Deputy Director of T.RC.
On the side of CRDC, there was Mr. Quan Jianan – General Representative of Vietnam Representative Office, China Railway Design Corporation (Quan Kien An) 2. Qi Feng – Deputy Project Director of Ha Noi Metro Line 5, China Railway Design Corporation 3. Gao Ge (Cao Ca) – Vietnam Regional Business Manager, China Railway Design Corporation
On the side of Hung Phu Company, there was Mr. Nguyen Quang Chuyen – Director; Mr. Cao Hung – Deputy Director.

At the working session, leaders of the parties introduced their operational capabilities as well as typical projects implemented. CRDC is known as a leading consulting unit in the field of surveying, designing and general contracting for large-scale railway projects, including urban railways (metro) and advanced high-speed railway technologies. The partner has made a strong impression through many international key projects in Thailand, Laos, Indonesia and Europe. Hung Phu Company is also a reputable unit, having led the design of many operating railway projects and participated in pre-feasibility studies for high-speed railways.

In the context of Vietnam promoting the development of transportation infrastructure, especially the urban railway network and the orientation to invest in high-speed railways, cooperation with experienced international corporations is a strategic step of CONINCO. The parties discussed in depth the cooperation opportunities in upcoming projects, agreeing that this is a precious opportunity to transfer advanced technology and techniques.

In particular, leaders of both sides emphasized the importance of training and developing the team of engineers. Through this cooperation, CONINCO's engineers will have the opportunity to access and learn practical experience from world-leading experts on supervising and managing complex railway systems. The common spirit is determined as "working while learning and transferring", aiming to localize capacity, helping Vietnamese consulting units gradually master the technology.

At the end of the working session, CRDC representatives expressed their desire to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with CONINCO, not only stopping at current projects but also expanding to other vital railway projects in the future. This event once again affirms the reputation and vision of CONINCO in constantly striving, maintaining its position as Vietnam's leading construction consulting unit.
