CONINCO and Gerber Architekten International GmbH (Federal Republic of Germany): Promoting Deep, Effective, and Strategic Cooperation

On the afternoon of October 29, 2025, at the CONINCO Headquarters, the senior leadership of CONINCO held a direct working session with a delegation from Gerber Architekten International GmbH (Federal Republic of Germany). The meeting, chaired by Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CONINCO, marked a significant step forward in materializing the contents of the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties, initiating a new phase of deeper, more substantive, and effective collaboration.
Attending the working session from CONINCO were Deputy General Directors: Le Ngoc Quang; Nguyen Dang Quang; Le Thanh Minh – concurrently Chief of the Board of Directors Office; along with the leaders of the Business Department, the Construction Testing and Inspection Center (T.TN), and the Design Operation Center (T.DT).
The Gerber Architekten delegation included Mr. Marius A. Ryrko – Managing Director, Mr. Dao Tuan Nghia – Director, and Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh – Senior Advisor.
The core focus of the working session was to discuss opportunities for investment and consulting cooperation in Vietnam, particularly in the fields of real estate and infrastructure development. Mr. Marius A. Ryrko shared that Gerber Architekten, with its strengths in leading German technology and design, as well as its global partner network, will connect foreign investors to the Vietnamese market. Acknowledging the differences in investment models and legal frameworks between Vietnam and Europe, Mr. Marius A. Ryrko expressed the desire to cooperate with CONINCO – a top consulting firm with profound knowledge of the legal environment and investment conditions in Vietnam – to create a synergistic power capable of implementing large-scale and complex projects.
In response to Mr. Marius A. Ryrko's proposal, Chairman of the Board of Directors Phan Ngoc Cuong affirmed that with its capacity and experience, CONINCO is ready to provide specialized consulting services and risk management. He stated this is a key factor in building robust trust and creating a secure operational framework for international investors when deploying projects in Vietnam. Concurrently, Chairman Phan Ngoc Cuong shared the potential for expanding cooperation into key transport infrastructure projects, such as urban rail (metro), in line with Vietnam's national development strategy.
The meeting was a success, demonstrating the increasingly strong strategic partnership between CONINCO and Gerber Architekten. The event not only reaffirmed CONINCO's position as a leading consulting brand but also opened up substantive cooperation opportunities, promising to bring many high-quality projects to the Vietnamese construction market in the near future.
