CONINCO and Anhui General institute (China): Signing MOU to establish strategic cooperation relationship

From January 7 to 10, 2026, the high-level leadership delegation of Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO conducted a visit and working session in Anhui province, China. This is a key activity aimed at realizing the goal of accessing advanced construction technologies and strengthening cooperative relations with reputable international partners - Anhui Urban Construction Design Institute Corp.Lt (AUCDI)

The delegation was led by General Director Nguyen Dang Quang, accompanied by Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy General Director, Director of the Center for Testing and Construction Inspection; Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan - Deputy General Director, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch; Mr. Nguyen Quang Long - Head of LAS-XD60 Laboratory, Deputy Director of Survey and Design Center; Mr. Phan Hong Tam - Representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
Welcoming the delegation, from Anhui Urban Construction Design Institute Corp.Lt. (AUCDI) were Mr. Manh Ngoc - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Ngo Dong Buu - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, General Director, Chief Engineer of the Corporation; Mr. Dinh Tuan An - Deputy General Director, Financial Officer, Secretary of the Board; Mr. Ly Thien Bao - General Director of Anhui Province Construction Testing Research Institute; Mr. Ha Nhat Dong - Deputy Chief Economist of the Corporation, Deputy General Director of Anhui Province Construction Testing Research Institute.

In the official working session on January 8, 2026, both sides spent considerable time discussing in-depth the current situation and development trends of the modern construction industry. Key fields such as transportation infrastructure inspection, underground works, geodesy - geographic information systems (GIS), and large-scale industrial complexes were exchanged in the direction of combining CONINCO's practical experience in Vietnam with Anhui General Institute's specialized expertise in urban infrastructure techniques. The working session took place in an open, effective cooperative spirit aimed at building optimal technical solutions, towards the goal of sustainable development and contributing value to the community.

The highlight of the working trip was the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two sides. The agreement records the long-term commitment to accompany each other, creating a premise for CONINCO and AUCDI to support each other in researching, applying new technologies, and improving consulting service quality. In particular, focusing on training high-quality human resources and transferring advanced inspection techniques will help CONINCO continue to affirm its position in implementing key projects requiring stringent technical standards.

To concretize the contents of the memorandum of understanding between the two sides, during the working trip, the CONINCO leadership delegation directly surveyed on-site at Anhui Province Testing Research Institute and some typical projects such as: Third-party inspection of Longgang Road and comprehensive technical corridor works, BEST project, and Advanced Light Source project. Accessing the actual strict inspection processes and the method of applying digital technology to construction quality management here has suggested many new directions for CONINCO in improving and standardizing service processes in Vietnam.

The working trip in Anhui Province - China has concluded successfully, opening a new chapter in CONINCO's international cooperation roadmap. The intersection of knowledge and technology between the two units not only increases internal resources but also is evidence of CONINCO's unceasing innovation spirit, determined to bring the best consulting - inspection solutions, contributing to building quality works that endure with time.
