CONINCO – HANLIM (South Korea): Exploring Opportunities for Collaborative Growth

Over 45 years of establishment and development, the CONINCO brand has become a trusted partner not only for domestic clients but also for those in the region and around the world. Numerous corporations and companies from South Korea, Japan, China, the UK, the Netherlands, the US, Germany, and more have collaborated with CONINCO to successfully complete national key projects and large-scale projects for domestic and foreign investors. To expand its market and seeking a highly capable local consulting firm to execute projects for South Korean investors in Vietnam, on May 29th, 2024, Mr. Yoo Kyung Kwon - Director of HANLIM Vietnam Company, part of the HANLIM Group in South Korea, and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh - Senior Architect, visited and worked with CONINCO.

Welcoming the partner, from CONINCO’s side, there were Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director; Mrs. Pham Thuy Linh - Manager of Business Management Department; and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh - Deputy Director of the Underground Construction Center (T.CN)

HANLIM Vietnam Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the HANLIM Architecture Group in South Korea, was established in 2002. Over 20 years of development, HANLIM Group has achieved success in creating optimal spaces and value for life in all areas of design, supervision, and urban planning in South Korea. It has also expanded its market to Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and other countries.

HANLIM learned about CONINCO through recommendations from investors, clients, and partners who have worked and are currently working with CONINCO. CONINCO is one of the leading consulting companies in Vietnam, successfully completing numerous national key projects and effectively collaborating with numerous global partners. They have built high-quality, sustainable projects in various fields, including aviation, civil, industrial, transportation, renewable energy, etc., significantly contributing to the industrialization and modernization of Vietnam. During the working session, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director, expressed gratitude to Mr. Yoo Kyung Kwon for his interest and visit to CONINCO. During the working session, the leaders of both sides also introduced their operational capabilities, achievements, and shared market information and potential projects for future collaboration. Following the meeting, HANLIM Vietnam Chairman Yoo Kyung Kwon and CONINCO Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan expressed hope for continued connections, a deeper understanding of each other's strengths, capabilities, and experience, to enable early collaboration, implementation, and development of new projects with innovative solutions that deliver sustainable value and enhance the quality of construction in Vietnam.

The working session concluded successfully, with Mr. Yoo Kyung Kwon, Chairman of HANLIM Vietnam, expressing gratitude to the CONINCO leadership for their warm reception. He expressed hope that in the future, CONINCO and HANLIM will engage in strategic, groundbreaking collaborations to create sustainable and large-scale projects.
