CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI (Japan): Strategic Planning and Prospects for Collaboration and Development in 2024

On the morning of February 1st, 2024, representatives the leadership of NIHON SEKKEI (Japan) including Mr. Tetsuya Hiramoto - Senior Director of the International Projects Division, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai - Director of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam Co., Ltd., visited and held discussions at CONINCO.

Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director and Head of the Office of Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director; Mr. Pham Tien Thang - Director of Architecture Center 2; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Deputy Manager of Business Management Department welcomed and worked with the partners.

CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI have established a strategic partnership for many years and have successfully implemented several major projects in Vietnam, such as the Supreme People's Procuracy Headquarters and the MB Tower Headquarters. In recent times, CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI are carrying out various projects in Vietnam, contributing to the improvement of urban infrastructure and meeting the ry's economic and social development needs. The cooperation between the two parties has been highly praised for its quality and effectiveness, creating trust and confidence customers and related partners.

During the working session, Mr. Tetsuya Hiramoto, Deputy General Director Nguyen Dang Quang, and Deputy General Director Le Thanh Minh shared the development orientation of both parties, discussed the cooperation plan for 2024 to achieve higher efficiency and excellence in implementing joint projects. Both sides will continue to strengthen their partnership, seek opportunities to participate in new projects, and expand their operations to ries in the region, with a particular focus on projects with public investment and foreign investment. Additionally, both parties will enhance research and development of new technologies to provide innovative and efficient solutions in consulting, design, construction, and project management.
