General Director CONINCO attended the opening ceremony the school year 2020 -2021  gave a speech to congratulate the new masters Vietnam Japan University

November 7, 2020, General Director CONINCO Dr. Ha Minh attended the opening ceremony of the 2020-2021 school year and gave a speech to congratulate new masters of the 3rd batch of Vietnam-Japan University in the graduation ceremony at Nguyen Van Dao hall, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.. 

The ceremony took place with the participation of many delegates from the governments, leading organizations, and enterprises of Japan and Vietnam. In particular, the ceremony was attended by Mr. Takio Yamada - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, Mr. Daisuke Okabe - Ambassador of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam; Mr. Akira Shimizu - Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA); Mr. Takeo Nakajima - Chief Representative of JETRO Hanoi Office; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Bao Son - Deputy Director of Hanoi National University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc - Head of Training Board of Hanoi National University, Mr. Vu Thanh Son - Director of Department Training and retraining staff, Central Organizing Committee.

Since the COVID-19 epidemic was still complicated in the world, some high-ranking Japanese officials were unable to come to Vietnam to attend the ceremony directly. An online conference was taken place as a result, for Japanese delegations. Regardings the delegations in Japan, there was the participation of Mr. Tsutomu Takebe - Special Advisor of the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Union; Prof. Tanaka Aiji - Director of Waseda University; Prof. Tanaka Yuko - Director of Hosei University. Regarding VJU, there were directors and co-directors of master's and university training programs, Japanese experts, teachers, administrative staff, and students, students of Vietnam Japan University.

The opening ceremony and graduation ceremony of Vietnam Japan University this year was honored to welcome and receive greetings from Mr. Takio Yamada - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam. With the aim of exploiting the strengths of Vietnam and Japan, Mr. Takio Yamada hopes that Vietnam Japan University will become a strong research university in advanced technology, contributing to the sustainable development of the two countries. . The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary also stated that the Japanese government will provide the full support to Vietnam Japan University, wishing all VJU members confidence and further development.
