In particular, the ceremony was attended by Mr. Takio Yamada - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, Mr. Daisuke Okabe - Ambassador of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam; Mr. Akira Shimizu - Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA); Mr. Takeo Nakajima - Chief Representative of JETRO Hanoi Office; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Bao Son - Deputy Director of Hanoi National University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc - Head of Training Board of Hanoi National University, Mr. Vu Thanh Son - Director of Department Training and retraining staff, Central Organizing Committee.
