Leader’s Representative HASEKO Corporation Japan visited CONINCO greeted the new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong

In order to promote the cooperation relationship and strengthen the face-to-face meetings between the leaders of CONINCO and HASEKO after two years of difficult trade because of the Covid-19 pandemic, on the afternoon of May 27, 2022, the leader’s representative of HASEKO Corporation (Japan) visited and worked at Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) and greeted the new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong.
Attending the meeting, on HASEKO's side were Mr. Katsuhide Takahashi – Executive Operating Officer of Urban Development Division; Mr. Satoshi Kashiwabara – Senior specialist in Business Planning Section, Overseas Operation Department, Urban Development Division; On the side of HASEKO’s Hanoi Representative Office, there were Mr. Nakatsuka Tadashi – General Manager and Chief Representative; Mr. Masakatsu Taguchi – General Manager; Mr. Do Thanh Nhat – Manager.
Welcoming partners, on CONINCO’s side were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Management, General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh – Deputy General Director, Manager of the BoM Assistance Office; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director, Ms. Pham Thuy Linh – Manager of Business Management Department, Mr. Pham Tien Thang - Director of Architecture Center No. 2, Mr. Nguyen Tu Trong - Director of Center for Overseas Labor.
Over the years, the cooperation relationship between CONINCO and HASEKO is in the development and expansion stage, especially at the end of 2020, CONINCO has accepted Manager Watanabe Akio of HASEKO Corporation to work at the Architecture Center No. 1. During nearly 02 years working at CONINCO, Arc. Watanabe Akio has collaborated with CONINCO Architects team to carry out design consultancy, design coordination for a number of large projects in Vietnam and received trust and confidence of the Client. The successful cooperation in personnel between two prestigious and valuable brands in the construction field from Japan and Vietnam is an important turning point in the development of long-term cooperation between CONINCO and HASEKO.
Talking to Mr. Katsuhide Takahashi, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong expressed his pleasure to have a meeting with the leaders of HASEKO Corporation during this business trip in Vietnam. The General Director emphasized, for CONINCO’s fast and sustainable development to this day, CONINCO would like to thank to the support of international partners in general and large Japanese corporations in particular, including HASEKO. It is known that HASEKO Corporation is one of the most famous and prestigious construction and real estate development corporations in Japan, has built nearly 700,000 apartments and has experience in the field of management of nearly 40,000 apartment buildings. In the spirit of expanding multilateral and comprehensive cooperation based on the strengths of the two sides, the General Director made a proposal for cooperation in the near future in the fields of consulting, building management operation and labor export services to the Japanese market… with the hope that CONINCO and HASEKO will continue to maintain and develop deeper cooperation to bring high efficiency in business and optimal satisfaction for the Clients.
Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Katsuhide Takahashi - Executive Operating Officer of Urban Development Division congratulated General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and thanked CONINCO's Executive Board for creating favorable conditions for Architect Wantanabe to work, study at CONINCO and together with CONINCO to implement projects in Vietnam. Agreeing with the discussions of General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, Mr. Katsuhide Takahashi said, on the basis of the good cooperation between the two sides over the past time, during this visit to CONINCO, HASEKO also wished to expand further cooperation relationship with CONINCO in new fields to build a solid foundation for the diversity, sustainability and development of the two sides.
The meeting ended successfully. General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and Executive Operating Officer Katsuhide Takahashi hope that the two sides will have an effective and sustainable cooperation in the future.
