NIHON SEKKEI - Japan officially set up a Representative Office at CONINCO TOWER

On the morning of March 17, 2020, the handover ceremony of Business Cooperation Agreement between Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC) and NIHON SEKKEI Inc., - Japan took place at CONINCO TOWER. The ceremony also marked an important turning point in the extensive cooperation between the two companies when the representative office of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam was officially located at CONINCO TOWER.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of NIHON SEKKEI, there were Mr. Yusaku Ichimura - President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Mai - Manager of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam General Department.

Regarding CONINCO, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BOM; Dr. Ha Minh - General Director; Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong - Manager of Business management department; Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat - Chief of Office; Ms. Dau Thi Thu Dan and Ms. Ngo Thanh Ha - Deputy Manager of Business management department.

CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI have shared joint cooperation in a lot of successful projects in Vietnam including The Supreme People's Procuracy Project; MB Grand Tower Commercial Bank Headquarters Project; National Assembly House and new Ba Dinh Hall, etc., Recognizing the potential of further cooperation between the two company, as well as each company's capacity and strengths, CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI have reached an agreement to sign a Business Cooperation Agreement in March 2020. This Agreement will form a solid foundation for successful access and development of major projects in the future for both companies.

At the ceremony, Dr. Ha Minh - General Director expressed his delight that the cooperation of CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI in the past time has been highly effective and this Business Collaboration Agreement is a deep testament to the achievements that have been and will be received more and more development in the future.

Giving a speech at the ceremony, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong thanked the Chairman of NIHON SEKKEI - Mr. Yoshinori Chidori for showing their interest to CONINCO and hoped that the two companies would boost their business, promote their strengths and actively exchange information to achieve the highest efficiency. Also during the ceremony, the Chairman handed over the key of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam's representative office at CONINCO TOWER - a special event marking the cohesion between the two companies and also a premise for the Agreement to be conducted in a more favorable way.

President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam - Mr. Yusaku Ichimura shared that during the cooperation journey with CONINCO, NIHON SEKKEI leaders highly appreciated CONINCO's achievements, potential, capabilities as well as the development strategy orientation. CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI have taken a new step to further strengthen the cooperation between the two companies. He hoped that CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI would bring the highest quality efficiency to the cooperated projects and satisfaction to the Client.

After the handover ceremony, the two companies embarked on the work by exchanging, building and implementing future cooperation plans, expanding the markets of both companies. In addition, the leaders of both sides also emphasized the context of the world currently facing the COVID19 pandemic, causing serious impacts and losses on people and properties worldwide. General Director - Dr. Ha Minh and President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam Mr. Yusaku Ichimura hope that the two countries Vietnam and Japan in general and the two companies CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI, in particular, will implement best and thoroughly measures to prevent and control epidemics, mitigate risks, and overcome consequences of a pandemic.

The handover ceremony of the Business Cooperation Agreement and the meeting took place successfully. The extensive cooperation between CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI - the two leading consulting companies in Vietnam and Japan hopes to achieve much success, bringing the brands of the two sides further developed, especially this will contribute to strengthening CONINCO brand on the domestic market and reaching out to the international market.
