CONINCO - Celebrating the 47th anniversary of its founding and the first quarter 2026 review conference: Continuously innovating, confidently moving forward into the future

In keeping with the celebratory atmosphere of the historic month of April, on the morning of April 16, 2026, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held a conference to review its business performance in the first quarter and implement its plan for the second quarter of 2026, coinciding with the celebration of the company's 47th anniversary (April 16, 1979 - April 16, 2026). In the solemn atmosphere of the company headquarters' main hall, the stirring and profound melodies from the welcoming cultural program performed by CONINCO's staff, engineers evoked a sense of pride in the nearly half-century journey of creating sustainable values for the nation.

The conference was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Vu Ngoc Anh - Director of the Enterprise Management Department, Ministry of Construction. Representing CONINCO were Dr. Ha Minh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - General Director, along with members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, and 160 officials representing over 1500 employees of the company.

In his opening remarks at the conference, General Director Nguyen Dang Quang expressed his deep gratitude to previous generations and emphasized his pride in the 47-year journey of building a leading consulting brand in Vietnam. With the overarching message of CONINCO being "Mature, Steadfast, and Continuous Innovation", the General Director affirmed the company's capabilities through compelling business results. Overcoming market fluctuations, CONINCO concluded the first quarter with the total value of signed contracts exceeding 175% of the planned target. This achievement not only marks the company's strong presence in key national infrastructure projects but also reflects its integration into the global market. The continuous expansion of its strategic partner network in the Asian region has created a solid foundation and opened up new opportunities for CONINCO to achieve breakthroughs in the next phase.

In the spirit of the anniversary celebration, the Conference was honored to receive congratulations from Associate Professor Dr. Vu Ngoc Anh - Director of the Enterprise Management Department, Ministry of Construction. Continuing the program, Mr. Nguyen Tien Doat - Chief of the Company's Office - announced the personnel appointments for the first quarter of 2026. This is a strategic step to cultivate and strengthen the management team at the centers, creating a new impetus to realize challenging production and business goals.

At the conference, representatives from administrative departments presented thematic reports on production and business, quality management, internal affairs, and financial investment. These reports outlined a comprehensive picture of CONINCO's professionalism and transparency in governance. From ensuring technical quality at key projects to optimizing costs and caring for the well-being of employees, all demonstrated the unity and solidarity of over 1500 CONINCO employees across the country. This forms the foundation for the company to readily undertake more complex, high-tech, and demanding projects in the future.

Speaking at the conference, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Ngoc Anh - Director of the Enterprise Management Department, Ministry of Construction expressed his gratitude to the generations of leaders and acknowledged CONINCO's leading position since its inception as a research institute under the Ministry of Construction (in 1979). Facing the new era of national development, the Director outlined the immense opportunities arising from key national transportation infrastructure projects (expressways, high-speed railways, airports). He also highly appreciated the company's efforts in international human resources training and expressed his hope that the leadership would continue to pioneer the application of Industry 4.0 technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in management and supervision to optimize employee productivity.
