CONINCO Hosts Roundtable on

On the morning of October 11, 2024, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) hosted a specialized roundtable discussion on "Developing Construction Consulting Human Resources in the Railway Sector". The event featured senior expert Dao Quoc Dao, an official with extensive experience in railway transportation infrastructure consulting and development.

During the discussion, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong shared with Mr. Dao the company's operational capacity and the current state of its consulting workforce in the railway sector. They addressed challenges in approaching the railway transportation infrastructure market and discussed strategies to build and enhance the quality of CONINCO's specialized railway consulting team.

Mr. Dao emphasized that high-quality human resources are crucial to the success of railway projects. He stressed the need for enhancing professional capabilities, management skills, and providing continuous training for engineers and consulting experts. Mr. Dao also highlighted the importance of facilitating research, development, and application of new technologies in high-speed railway construction, as well as fostering international cooperation to learn and apply best practices. Furthermore, CONINCO outlined a recruitment strategy to attract young, capable talents in the railway field, proposing competitive benefits and a positive work environment to retain highly specialized personnel.

The roundtable not only offered insights into human resource development in the railway sector but also explored avenues for cooperation and knowledge sharing among experts, CONINCO, and other industry players.
