CONINCO - 43 years growth development, towards Assurance for the future

Today, On April 16, 2022, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) celebrates its 43rd anniversary of establishment.

The past 43 years have been a long journey with many changes. On April 16, 1979, Government Council issued Decree No. 156-CP defining the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the National Capital Construction Committee, the Research Institute for Mechanization and construction technology (forerunner of CONINCO) was established.

Over the past 43 years of accompanying the development of the country, the company has changed its name many times, changed functions and tasks, changed the governing body, management agency, up to now, CONINCO has developed from a research institute specializing in construction to a leading construction consulting enterprise in the country, a public joint stock company, listed on UPCOM (CNN).

Although the economy - society in Vietnam as well as in the world is constantly fluctuating, CONINCO always inherits and promotes the long-standing tradition of operating in the construction industry, strive to develop its brand name, step by step become a leading unit in the field of construction consulting such as: project management, construction supervision, testing, quality inspection; strongly develop the following fields: architectural, structural, M&E design consultancy as well as other new services and fields. CONINCO has grown to become a brand name with prestige and quality not only in the Vietnamese market but gradually reaching out to regional and international markets. That is the driving force and also the challenge that requires the Board of General Directors and employees to constantly strive to build and protect the brand name of the common house CONINCO.

In the past two years, despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic globally and in Vietnam, with the initiative, flexibility and creativity in business administration, CONINCO has overcome the challenge of the pandemic, maintained stable operation, successfully completed the plan, ensured the harmony of economic benefits with the interests of employees and shared difficulties with the community. This is an encouraging, proud achievement and also a driving force for the company's sustainable development.

On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Company’s establishment, on a special and meaningful occasion, Chairman of the Board of Management Nguyen Van Cong sent to the Board of General Directors - Executive Board wishes for Health, Solidarity, Trust and Success, and best wishes to all employees in CONINCO system. The Chairman shared that in the past time, the socio-economic situation still faced many difficulties due to the pandemic, the company's human resources decreased and changed, but the Board of General Directors – Executive Board has managed the company's activities well, trying to complete tasks in each field. The smooth and effective coordination of divisions confirms the correct direction of the Board of Management in the company's development strategy.

For CONINCO to develop and have the proud successes of today, it is impossible not to mention the dedication of generations of CONINCO officials, consulting engineers, architects - who have spent their youth, enthusiasm and creativity, unite for a CONINCO’s sustainable development. The Chairman emphasized that in order to succeed, the most important factor is still human. The desire and duty of leader is to convey love for the profession, love for the company, build a professional working environment and culture, and regularly care and share with the employees of each center and the whole company. 

In 2022, the 43rd anniversary of the establishment of CONINCO, the pivotal year for the new term of the Board of Management and also the year of implementing the management policy according to new thinking, marked by the company development orientation project period 2022 - 2026, vision to 2032. CONINCO with the slogan "Using abundant resources - Promoting strengths to go forward the 50th anniversary of establishment" is determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, take advantage of opportunities, strive to complete and exceed business plans, successfully implement the Company development project, ensure the employees with stable jobs and incomes, build high-quality adjacent human resources, bring CONINCO brand name spreads throughout the country, reaching new heights, sustainable development, assurance for the future.

Continuing to uphold the operating philosophy, persisting with the brand name slogan "Assurance for the future", complying with the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 for sustainable development and responsibility to the community, CONINCO firmly enters a new stage of development.
