CONINCO announced the Resolution the Board Management on the election the General Director for the term 2022 -0427

On the morning of May 4, 2022, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) held a conference to announce the Resolution of the Board of Management at the end of the BoM Meeting Session (2nd Session of the 2022-2027 term) taking place on the same day. Accordingly, the Board of Management voted to elect Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Management, Deputy General Director, to hold the position of General Director for the term 2022-2027.

The Conference was held in the grand meeting room of CONINCO TOWER with the participation of the Board of Management, Board of General Directors, Supervisory Board, manager, and deputy manager of management departments of the Company.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai - Independent member of the Board of Management, representative of state capital under authorization of Chairman of the BoM Nguyen Van Cong announced the resolution of the Board of Management on the election of Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong to hold the position of General Director for the term 2022-2027. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai thanked General Director Ha Minh for the term 2017-2022 for successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Board of Management and congratulated the new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong and emphasized the role and responsibility of the highest leader in the Board of General Directors. It is hoped that Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong, with his new responsibility, will continue to promote his management capacity, bravery and many years of experience working at the Company will unite with the Board of General Directors, organize and direct CONINCO to successfully complete the tasks of the year 2022 and the term 2022-2027; create conditions for employees to have higher incomes, lead the Company to develop more and more strongly.

Speaking at the Conference, Member of the Board of Management, General Director for the term 2017-2022 Dr. Ha Minh expressed his attachment with lots of positions at CONINCO over the past 10 years, and thanked the members of the Board of Management, Executive Board and CONINCO staff, especially during the term 2017-2022 for their support, accompanying the Company to overcome difficult times, achieving proud results, contributing to the development of CONINCO. Congratulations to the new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, Dr. Ha Minh hopes that the new General Director for the term 2022-2027 will unite with the Executive Board to complete the task well, continue to build the passion for work in each employee to bring CONINCO to a great development in the coming time.

Sharing at the Conference, the new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong expressed his honor to be assigned a new responsibility, and at the same time thanked Chairman Nguyen Van Cong and the Board of Management for their interest, support and trust; thanked for the good results achieved by the Board of General Directors for the term 2017-2022. Those results are a solid foundation for the Board of General Directors for the term 2022-2027 to continue to promote the initiative, creativity and solidarity to operate the Company to develop in accordance with the direction of the Board of Management, bringing the CONINCO brand name to grow up every day. The new General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong also shared his new responsibilities and pledged to make efforts, maximize his capacity, roles and responsibilities together with the Executive Board to continue sustainable development.
