CONINCO establishes additional centers and reorganizes the organizational structure and human resources

At the regular meeting in June 2017, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO announced the decision to reorganize the organizational structure and human resources on June 14, 2017.

Attending the meeting, there were the the Board of Management, Board of Directors and the leaders of departments and units under the company. During the meeting, Dr. Ha Minh - General Director set out the major issues which CONINCO faced, most importantlly human resources. The General Director emphasized the company's goal of building a friendly, professional, cooperative and united working environment.

At the meeting, in addition to the summary of the production and business activities in the month, the decisions to strengthen the organizational structure and human resources of CONINCO were also announced. Details were as follows:
- To establish the Center of Structure No. 1 (T.S1). To appoint Mr. Vuong Xuan Thanh - MSc, Civil Engineer, currently working at Center of Architecture No. 1, to hold the position of Director of Center of Structure No. 1.
- To establish the Center of Architecture No. 2 (T.A2). To appoint Mr. Mai Xuan Hai – Architect, currently working at Center of Architecture No. 1 to hold the position of Director of Center of Architecture No. 2; Mr. Tran Duc Quang – Architect to hold the position of Deputy Director of Center of Architecture No. 2.
- To establish the Procurement Department (P.TH). To appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Oanh - Civil Engineer, currently working at Deputy Head of Technical Management Department, to hold the position of Head of Procurement Department. To appoint Mr. Hoang Van Dong - Civil Engineer, currently working in the Marketing Department, to hold the position of Deputy Head of Procurement Department.
- To rename the Center of Construction Machinery and Industrial Buildings into the Contruction Management Center No. 4 (T.QX4).
- To merger the Center of Construction Investment and Development Support (T.ĐT) into Center of Project Investment and Development (T.DA).

- To establish the Legal Division under the HR Department.
- To establish the Communication Committee under the Marketing Department.
- To appoint Dr. Nguyen Dac Phuong, currently Deputy Head of Economic and Planning Department, to hold the position of Head of Marketing Department.
- To appoint Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Chau – MSc., Architect, currently the Deputy Director of the Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy, to hold the position of Deputy Head of Economic and Planning Department.
- To appoint Dr. Duong Trong Vinh - PhD in Geosciences to hold the position of Director of Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy.
- To appoint Mr. Tran Duc Tai - Architect to hold the position of Director of Center of Architecture No. 1.
- To appoint Mr. Le Nguyen Giap – MSc., Civil Engineer to hold the position of Director of Center of Technology Transferring for Construction and Environment.
- To appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Binh - Engineer; Mr. Dao Quang Huy - Environmental Technology Engineer; Ms. Nguyen Thanh Le – MSc., Architect to hold the position of Deputy Director of Center of Technology Transferring for Construction and Environment.

At the meeting, the Chairman Nguyen Van Cong hoped that the change in the organizational structure would motivate all employees to contribute their youth, enthusiasm and talent to help the company grow sustainably and gain more success.

The appointed also shared their honor, pride and the challenge of being appointed to hold such important responsibilities and promised to do their utmost for the overall development of CONINCO, to contribute to affirming CONINCO's position in the domestic market and reaching the international level.
