CONINCO - iERP: Signing Ceremony Implementation the Contract for Supplying Consulting on the Deployment Microsoft 03365 Solution for Core Business Needs the Enterprise.

On the morning of September 6, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO and iERP Services Joint Stock Company signed a contract for supplying and consulting on the deployment of Microsoft 365 solution to optimize information management and enhance business administration efficiency for the enterprise.

On behalf of CONINCO, there were Mr. Phan Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Board of Directors and General Director; Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh - Deputy General Director in charge of the project; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director, Manager of BoD Assistance Office; Ms. Pham Thuy Linh - Manager of Business Management Department, Project Director, and the leadership of management departments, project implementation staff attending the signing ceremony.
On the side of iERP, there were Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Can - General Director; Mr. Ngo Trung Kien - Director of Business Development; Mr. Nguyen Minh Quan - Manager of Technical Department, and the project implementation staff.

The signed contract demonstrated CONINCO's determination to utilize modern IT solutions in order to support the company's efficient and flexible operations, promote business production activities, and enhance professional management in line with the current trend of digitalization in the era of Technology 4.0.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong stated that prior to signing this contract, CONINCO conducted a thorough survey and evaluation of current software solutions. Ultimately, CONINCO chose iERP as the service provider and consultant for the deployment of Microsoft 365 solution, which aligned with the requirements and operational reality of CONINCO. General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong emphasized that every system has its advantages and disadvantages; however, he hoped that iERP will fulfill its responsibilities, conduct in-depth analysis of effectiveness and suitability of the solution for CONINCO's operations, and address any remaining issues. General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong hoped that the Microsoft 365 solution will help CONINCO improve work efficiency, enhance information sharing, and improve internal workflow.
