CONINCO organizes the Conference of 26 summary and 27 working plan for management departments

In the morning of December 30^th, 2016, the management group of CONINCO held a meeting to review the work in 2016 and the work plan in 2017 with the participation Board of Directors, all leaders and staff of the management group. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong – Chairman of BoM and General Director of the Company opened and chaired the conference.

At the meeting, officials were briefed on the 2016 review and the 2017 work plan presented by the managers. Over the past year, with the slogan "Working for the Right Attributes", management departments have basically implemented the set plans of management, production, business and Party tasks as well as union activities and extracurricular activities ... contributing to the success of the company.

After the report, the Board of Directors discussed and exchanged with the staffs of management departments, assessed the advantages and disadvantages in the past year then drew experiences to overcome the limitations and better complete works in 2017.

Directing the meeting, Chairman of BoM cum General Director Nguyen Van Cong acknowledged the efforts of the management departments as well as clearly stated some missions and targets which have not been achieved. The Chairman emphasized that the management should define its mission, "the managment system needs to be renewed", to create "collective strength". Especially, in the year 2017, the entire company will be evacuated to build CONINCO Building at 4 Ton That Tung, therefore management units as well as the units must be stabilize the place and adjust the working mechanism to connect management departments and production units without affecting the general production and business activities of the Company.

The conference took place successfully. It is hoped that in 2017, the staffs under management group will always be "enthusiastic, responsible and timely" with good control of management, coordination and close support to units to well complete the works, contributing to the sustainable development, affirming the strong position of CONINCO in the domestic market and step by step bringing CONINCO brand into the regional and world market.
