Having traversed nearly half a century of construction and development, CONINCO has not only affirmed its leading position in the field of project management and construction supervision consultancy, but has also left brilliant marks on the Vietnamese architectural map. From smart headquarters buildings shining brightly in urban spaces, to cultural, medical, and educational facilities, or airport terminals that embody the fusion of advanced technology and local culture; each CONINCO design is a commitment to quality, sustainability, and timeless aesthetic value. To honor this relentless journey of creation, Architecture Magazine has given special attention to CONINCO through the article: "The Architectural Imprint of the CONINCO Brand".
We invite our partners, clients, and all employees to look back at some of these projects and feel even more proud of the vision and true values that the people of CONINCO are dedicating themselves to day and night!
Passenger Terminal T2 – Dong Hoi Airport – Quang Binh

Inspired by the undulating lines of the mountain ranges, the curves of the Quang Phu sand dunes, and the natural beauty of Phong Nha - Ke Bang, the majestic natural caves, and the local geographical context, the architects of the CONINCO - AZUSA SEKKEI consortium designed the passenger terminal to reflect the unique character of Dong Hoi and Vietnamese culture. The natural beauty of the area is incorporated into various landscape features within the terminal, enhancing its overall value.

A luxurious mixed-use complex consisting of a commercial center, hotel, and apartments (The Legend City Danang)
Located in a prime location at the end of the Dragon Bridge, the project boasts excellent connectivity to the North-South railway and road network. Situated just 2km from the beach and 3.5km from the airport, the building serves as a gateway, welcoming visitors to Da Nang. The commercial base of the project is planned to seamlessly integrate with neighboring service complexes, completing a bustling commercial corridor leading to the beach.

With a scale of 25-29 floors, the tower's design realizes the concept of "The Flow," inspired by terraced rice fields and winding rivers. The highlight of the facade lies in its system of softly curved balconies, creating a vibrant visual effect. The combination of large windows and high-quality glass railings not only optimizes the view of the Han River but also demonstrates meticulous investment in material quality and architectural aesthetics.

Overcoming space limitations, the landscape design features a modern style, capturing the beauty of the sea and the Han River. Green spaces and landscape accents are cleverly arranged, transforming the small area into unique relaxation corners that harmonize with the overall structure.
Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation Office Building

At the bustling intersection of Kham Thien and Le Duan streets – where the fast-paced urban life intersects with the memories of Hanoi Railway Station – the Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex) Office Building stands as a powerful statement of development and integration.

Designed by the international consulting consortium CONINCO and NIHON SEKKEI (Japan), the project not only solves the functional challenges of a modern office building but also serves as a sculptural masterpiece within the urban landscape. The building stands out with its bold "angled block" design – a sophisticated spatial arrangement that strictly adheres to the railway corridor boundaries while transforming the building into a striking visual focal point at the intersection. Encased in a large aluminum and glass frame, the building appears as a transparent sculptural structure, harmoniously combining comfortable workspaces with relaxing green spaces on the roof, creating a symbol of civilized and modern architecture at the gateway to the capital.
