Rector of the University of Engineering and Technology - Vietnam National University Hanoi Congratulates the New Chairman of the Board of Directors of CONINCO and Discusses Strategic Cooperation Directions

On December 12, 2025, at the headquarters of the Consultant and inspection joint stock company of construction technology and equipment - CONINCO, Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh - Rector of the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (UET - VNU) visited, worked, and congratulated the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of CONINCO - Dr. Ha Minh.

Attending the reception, on the side of CONINCO, there was also the presence of Ms. Lê Thi Ngoc Bich - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors along with leaders of specialized departments.

At the meeting, on behalf of the leadership of the University of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh extended congratulations to Dr. Ha Minh in his new position. The Professor expressed confidence that with extensive experience, management capabilities, and strategic vision, the new Chairman of the Board of Directors will steer the CONINCO ship to continue achieving many brilliant successes, maintaining its position as a leading construction consulting enterprise in Vietnam.

In particular, Dr. Ha Minh is currently a Member of the Council of the University of Engineering and Technology. As a reputable expert with profound academic thinking combined with practical experience, Dr. Ha Minh has always accompanied and actively contributed to the overall development strategy of the University over the past time. This solid foundation of deep and enduring affection is a strong launchpad for both sides to trust and expect breakthrough steps in the upcoming time from the new Chairman.

Also within the framework of the meeting, the two sides had open and practical exchanges about cooperation intentions in the coming time. Dr. Ha Minh emphasized that CONINCO always values the development of high-quality human resources and considers this a core factor for sustainable development. Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Ha Minh hopes that CONINCO and the University will continue to accompany, support, and cooperate in the fields of training, scientific research, application of new technologies in the construction sector, while creating conditions for students to intern and access real working environments at CONINCO's projects.
