Internal Training: The Training Course “General knowledge on the CONINCO system”

The quality of human resources is always the leading factor of product quality and the highest investment efficiency in the construction works in general and in the construction consultancy in particular. In order to improve the quality of products as well as consulting services of the company, CONINCO organizes a training course every year to develop human resources.
In the morning of November 24, 2016, at the headquarter of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO, the CONINCO Research Center of Science, Technology and Training organized the training course of "General knowledge on CONINCO system" for the young and new trainees working at the company.
Attending the conference and giving lectures, there were Dr. Nguyen Dinh Dao - Former Deputy General Director; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of the BOM, Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Thanh Minh - Deputy General Director, Head of Marketing Department; Mr. Le Minh Hoang - Head of HR Department; Ms. Ho Thi Ha - Head of Economic and Planning Department; Mr. Dao Viet Dung - Deputy Head of Technical Management Department.
The organization of this training program is an annual activity aimed at implementing quality objectives and policies, development philosophy with the expectation that human resources quality is a leading goal in the process of company development.
The training program consists of 7 parts:
+ CONINCO - History of formation and development of CONINCO;
+ International cooperation - Vision, Mission, Strategy of CONINCO;
+ CONINCO brand identity system and meaning with the quality management system of the enterprise;
+ Organizational structure, personnel - Obligations and rights of employees at CONINCO;
+ Contract management system and implementation process of CONINCO's consultancy contract in construction;
+ Quality Management System of Consultancy Products by CONINCO
+ CONINCO's system of managing and archiving the deliverables and documents.

The training program ended successfully, bringing a lot of knowledge to young and new staffs. It is hoped that annual training activities will contribute to building the CONINCO brand not only "Assurance for the future" but also stable in the present and stable from the past.
