Vietnam Association of Structural Engineering and Construction Technology holds the Early Spring Meeting

In the afternoon of February 2, 2017, at the 6th floor Conference Room of the CONINCO, Vietnam Asociation of Structural Engineering and Construction Technology (VASECT) held the Early Spring Meeting of 2017.
Traditionally, the Early Spring Meeting is held after Lunar New Year. This is also an opportunity for members to exchange, discuss the situation, directions and activities in the new year. Attending the meeting, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Kiem - Former President of Vietnam Construction Association, Dr. Pham Sy Liem - Vice President of Vietnam Construction Association and all members of the association.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Vice President cum General Secretary of the Association, Chairman of BoM, General Director of CONINCO reported the activities and achievements in 2016 and plans in 2017.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Lien - President of VASECT sent the new year greetings to the guests and all members, hoped that members would make important contributions to promote the development of the association in particular and of the construction industry in general in 2017.
