On the morning of 25 February 2025, Central Military Hospital 108 held the inauguration ceremony for two new buildings: the Institute for Protection and Healthcare of Central Officials and the Clinical Institute of Infectious Diseases, coinciding with the 70th anniversary of Vietnam Physicians’ Day (27 February 1955 – 27 February 2025). Center for Construction Management No. 2 (T.QX2), a unit under CONINCO (Construction Technology, Equipment & Inspection Consulting Joint Stock Company), has excellently fulfilled its role as the project supervision consultant, further marking the CONINCO brand in healthcare infrastructure projects and contributing to the advancement of national medical care.

Following the success of previous architectural design competitions, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of construction technology and equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), in collaboration with the National Institute of Architecture and Nihon Sekkei Inc (Japan), formed the VIAR – NS – CONINCO Joint Venture to participate in the “Long Thanh Airport City Master Plan Concept” competition organized by the Dong Nai Department of Construction. The contract was signed between the Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Lao PDR, and the Joint Venture of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., Jsc), the National Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design (NIAPP), and Archineer Ocean Co., Ltd. (AA). The FDMMSP, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to improve water management infrastructure in Laos, contributing to environmental protection, enhancing the quality of life, and laying the groundwork for long-term development.

On the morning of December 10, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Ministry of Public Security's first airport in Xuan Lai commune, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province. The airport represents a total investment of nearly 4.5 trillion VND and is strategically located approximately 40 km from Hanoi and Bac Giang, and about 25 km from Bac Ninh and Hai Duong. The Project and Investment Management Center, the Construction Management Center, and Construction Management Center No. 4 - under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., Jsc) - are serving as the project's supervision consultants. On October 4, 2024, the Headquarters of the High People's Procuracy in Da Nang was officially handed over and put into operation. The project commenced on August 12, 2023, and after 368 days of accelerated construction, it was completed, meeting all quality, technical, architectural aesthetic, and labor safety requirements. The Transportation Works Center (T.GT) of CONINCO successfully performed project management consulting services, ensuring timely completion and contributing to the project’s overall success.
