On February 14th, 2020, at Headquarters of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Environment (CONINCO., JSC), Chairman of the BoM Nguyen Van Cong and Deputy General Director Nguyen Luong Binh and our Verification team had a meeting with the Project Management Unit of Long Thanh International Airport - Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) on the progress of implementing the bidding package of consultancy on verification of feasibility study report of Long Thanh International Airport project, phase 1. CONINCO is the lead member of the 4-party consortium including: CONINCO - NACO - ARUP - AEC providing verification consultancy for this project.

On the morning of February 19th, 2020, Toshin Group - Japan and Edufit Corporation conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sakura Montessori International School and Gateway International School Project in Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) provides construction supervision consultancy service for this project.

On the morning of March 14th, 2020, the Hanoi Party Committee held the Grand opening ceremony of the Hanoi Party Committee Office at 9 Ngo Quyen Street (Hoan Kiem District), celebrating 90th founding anniversary of Hanoi municipal Party Committee (March 17th, 1930 - March 17th, 2020). Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) provided Supervision consultancy service for this project.

On the morning of October 15, 2019, in Hai Phong, Hoang Van Thu Bridge officially opened and put it into use. This is a key project of the city, playing an initial role in moving the administrative - political center of the city to Thuy Nguyen district. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO is the leader of the Consultant Consortium for Construction supervision of this category.

CONINCO attended the Topping out ceremony the Supreme Peoples Court headquarters project.

After just over 7 months of commencement, The Topping out ceremony of the Supreme People's Court Headquarters has been officially held on the morning of April 28th, 2020 at 43 Hai Ba Trung Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi. This is a national key project with great political significance of the country and is a work of special value both in terms of architecture, art and stature as well as the solemnity of the highest judicial authority of the country. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the general contractor for this project.

CONINCO - Meeting State Appraisal Council on Construction Long Thanh International Airport Project, Phase 1

On May 27, 2020, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, there was a meeting of the State Appraisal Council on Feasibility study report (FS report) of Long Thanh International Airport Project, Phase 1. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Office of the Government, members of the State Appraisal Council of the concerned ministries, departments, branches and local agencies, Interdisciplinary Expert Panel, The investor preparing the feasibility study report (ACV), representatives of consulting units. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of BoM of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) - the lead member of verification consultant CONINCO - NACO - ARUP - AEC Consortium participated and reported on verification process at the meeting.

Project CONINCO TOWER - Speed up 30 days to finish

After nearly 2 years of commencement, the CONINCO TOWER project has completed more than 90% of the progress. Currently, the project is in the sprinting phase, speeding up the construction and acceptance of completed items to finish the work in early December 2019. This is a symbolic project, a hallmark of CONINCO's achievements during 40 years of establishment and development.
