On November 28, 2020, FLC Group held the openings for FLC Grand Hotel Quy Nhon with a scale of 1,500 rooms and a capacity of up to 3,500 people. This is the second hotel complex located in the heart of the FLC Quy Nhon tourist complex with a unique design like a giant DNA chain winding along the coast of Nhon Ly. Rated as one of the leading hotel complexes in Vietnam, the project consists of four 11-storey buildings, representing four iconic landmarks in Quy Nhon: Cu Lao Xanh, Eo Gio, Cham, Ky Co. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) provides supervision consultancy service for this project.

On the morning of October 10, 2020, Hoan Kiem district held a ceremony to attach the signboard of construction works, renovation, and embellishment of the area around Hoan Kiem Lake. This is the 1010 anniversary project of Thang Long - Hanoi and Hanoi's 17th Party Congress for the 2020 – 2025 period. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO has undertaken the task of Supervision Consultant for this project.

On the morning of October 10, 2020, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Member of the Politburo, Chairwoman of the National Assembly visited and planted a souvenir tree at the new Headquarters of the Supreme People's Court at No. 43 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi. CONINCO attended the Opening Ceremony the Program Production Center the Vietnam Television in Ho Chi Minh City

On October 8, 2020, the meeting to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the broadcast of national television channel VTV9 and the Opening Ceremony of "the Program Production Center of the Vietnam Television in Ho Chi Minh City" were held. At the ceremony, CONINCO was awarded a certificate of merit by the General Director of Vietnam Television for the contributions to the construction investment process of the project.

On the morning of January 5, 2021, the project of Long Thanh International Airport phase 1 officially started in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, the groundbreaking was organized by the Ministry of Transport, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises and Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee. This is the first important event in 2021 of the transport industry and also the leading large-scale key project in the aviation sector ever. On September 20, in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh province, the groundbreaking ceremony of the largest B&T wind farm cluster was held in Vietnam with a total investment of nearly 9,000 billion VND, capacity of 210 MW. This is considered the largest foreign investment project on land in Vietnam in the field of renewable energy and is a key project to celebrate the Party Congress of Quang Binh province for the term of 2020-2025. The Joint Venture of CONINCO - PECC1 - VINTEG is currently performing the Technical Management and Project Management Services for this project.
