After more than one month of leveling and drainage, on the morning of March 30, 2022, the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for package No. 5.6 "Pile construction of the Passenger terminal of Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1, Sub-project 3”. This is an important event, marking a strong start for the project to be completed on schedule and with the quality required by the National Assembly and the Government. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) continues to be trusted by the Client to undertake the task of construction supervision for this important bidding package. On the morning of May 27, 2022, in Ninh Binh, 04 coastal provinces in the Northern Central Region including Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and the European Union (EU), the French Embassy in Vietnam and The French Development Agency (AFD) held a Launching ceremony of the Technical Assistance Component which is part of the “Project for Improvement of urban infrastructures for mitigating climate change impacts in 04 coastal provinces in the Northern Central Region (CRUIV)” (referred to as the CRUIV project) aims to reduce the vulnerability of five urban cities to climate problems. This is one of the key projects that play an important role in the sustainable development of the country in the process of urbanization. After a carefully selected bidding process according to the regulations of Vietnam and AFD, the Joint Venture CONINCO-BERIM is proud to be the consultant providing technical support and capacity strengthening for the project.

On December 29, 2021, the 13th National Architecture Awards 2020-2021 ceremony was held at the Hanoi Opera House by the Viet Nam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. This is the most official, prestigious, valuable, and oldest architecture prize in the national prizes system. The award aims to honor outstanding architectural works and authors with many creative successes in line with the Party's orientation on building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity, contributing to the country's development. The project “Supreme People's Procuracy of Viet Nam”, chaired by the CONINCO - NIHON SEKKEI consortium, was honored to receive the Silver Prize for Excellent Architecture Works in Vietnam with the participation of foreign architects and the headquarter project “CONINCO TOWER” was honored to receive the Bronze Prize for Public Architecture – Commercial/Headquarters category.
