On August 9, 2025, in Hanoi, Office of the Police Investigation Agency (CSDT) of the Ministry of Public Security held the Inauguration and nameplate ceremony for its new headquarters. This is one of the key projects selected to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces (CAND). The Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy (T.3C) under the Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC), as a Design Consulting unit, is proud to have contributed to the creation of a modern and strategic project.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, leaders of Central Ministries, Departments, and Hanoi City, along with professional associations. This is the most official, prestigious, and longest-standing award in the State award system for architecture, organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The award not only honors outstanding architectural works but also reflects the continuous efforts of architects in building a modern Vietnamese culture rich in national identity.

This project, with a total investment of nearly 7.5 trillion VND, spans the Hai An, Duong Kinh, and Kien An districts. It is a project of significant importance, poised to create a breakthrough in the city's socio-economic and urban development. The event also serves to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025).
